  • Overall I would say we had a decent experience. We had a lot of stuff and they were able to get almost all of it on the truck. However there were times it felt like they were dragging their feet forcing us to add two hours to the move. Once we arrived to our destination we found a lot of boxes and furniture crammed and some items unfortunately were broken. This was particularly frustrating because we spent a lot of time wrapping and securing fragile items and labeling them fragile to avoid extensive damage. Accidents happen but the way some of the boxes were smushed seemed careless. They were a good group of people and were a great help, we just wish they were a little more careful.

  • Missed my reservation time as they booked someone else. They claimed to have tried to contact me (once). Unfortunately (for them) I had no record of an attempted call, email or text. Too late to change my plans and book someone else. I could understand the mess up but they kept insisting that I was at fault—that was inexcusable. On a good note, they did work hard when they arrived and were friendly.

  • The only hiccups for my service were lack of communication regarding time of arrival and me having the order adjusted by Uhaul for receiving a little under 2 instead of 3 hours of labor (anything else was minor). The moving company does not have the ability to adjust the pricing themselves. I had to contact after my scheduled time had passed to be informed that they would be a little over an hour late. No contact was made to me prior. The gentlemen was very apologetic and stated he absolutely should have made contact. Other than that, the scheduling was easy, gentlemen were professional, quick, personable, completed the job within the time they had left from my booking window, and packed the truck well. I would absolutely hire them again and have passed their information to the property and other residents in the neighborhood that may need their services.

  • This crewed showed up on time and got straight to work. Managed to move an entire 2 bedroom apartment from the 3rd floor out in about two hours. The team did a great job of packing the truck. They are go getters so give them a try.

  • They guys were very nice. However they did drop 2 drawers out of my table and scratched the edges and acted nonchalant about the incident. Also they didn't put the moving blanket under the wood kitchen table and the finished side was against the aluminum floor of the Uhaul. This left marks on my table. However They did a good job other than the mentioned items above.

  • I am so glad U-Haul connected me with Swift Services. Brandon contacted me to make sure I got the right truck size, which I appreciated because I had rented a smaller truck but had time to change it. I definitely needed the 15 ft. James and Chandler were both awesome! They arrived on time and worked non-stop to load and unload within the window of time I had requested and took great care with my daughter’s property. They were all very professional, and friendly and I was completely comfortable with their presence. I highly recommend this company. I would give it 10 stars if that was an option!

  • DO NOT USE SWIFT SERVICES! I hired Swift Services to load my U-Haul and regret it completely. The crew was unprofessional from start to finish. They dropped my expensive furniture, left water bottles scattered in my driveway, and packed the truck so poorly that huge amounts of space were wasted. This forces me to rent a second U-Haul to finish the move. They left an hour early, claiming they couldn’t fit anything else. Moments later, a poorly stacked pile collapsed, causing a PC desk to fall out of the truck, strike a family member, and smash into pieces. One worker even complained he was too weak to carry heavy items, leaving me to assist with the loading. Management acknowledged the damage, the terrible packing, and the unprofessional photos, but refused any responsibility or reimbursement because I had not purchased SafeLoad insurance. This company showed complete lack of care, skill, and accountability. Save yourself the damage, stress, and wasted money.

Hard working and were quick to point out anything they perceived as damaged or out of the ordinary as they unloaded a truck they did not load. Completed job early. Would definitely use them again. I’m sorry for not putting names because I can’t remember right now, but the lead explained everything to me before beginning and made sure everything was handled properly.   • Most unprofessional, unprepared and unqualified movers I have ever used. They didn't know how to use ratchet straps or an appliance dolly. Several items were damaged. The female mover spent most of the time texting on her phone instead of focusing on the job at hand. I do not recommend Swift Services to handle your move if they send the James England crew.

The gentleman that moved us was very nice and professional. The owner or manager has not been pleasant and willing to rectify the situation. The guy chose to send nasty text messages instead of making it right.

Both worked really fast and efficiently even though it was unbearably hot and humid outside. I had to tell them to take a few short breaks to rehydrate and cool off because they didn't want to stop. They moved everything I needed in the time allotted with no accidents or incidents. I have another moving plan in the near future and will definitely call Swift Services and request Steven and Matt.

We finished not just on time, but early, and even though we were short on moving tools and blankets due to the uhaul rental shorting me, they made due and ensured all of my property was properly protected and IMMACULATELY packed. Seriously, I was thinking a 20' would be just enough to fit my apartment, but this was the most space efficient and thoughtful organization in a moving truck I've had. The guys were also great conversationalists and made the move go by super fast and continually asked for my input and approval. Would highly recommend to others.

  • While the movers from Swift Services were very nice and friendly when they arrived, communicating with them ahead of time to plan our load-only services was quite difficult. I had to leave multiple messages and wasn’t able to speak to anyone to confirm the time we’d need them on the morning of July 18 until late in the evening of July 17. When they arrived, they weren’t very efficient and only packed about half our items in the 2 hours we had them booked. The movers who helped us unload the following day (from a different company) barely needed an hour to get everything moved into our new home. Swift Services was careful with our belongings, and they made sure to pack things carefully in our truck, but they were lacking in communication and efficiency.

  • 5 Stars! I had an amazing experience with my U-Haul helpers on July 14th! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly communicative. The entire process was seamless—they worked quickly, efficiently, and made the most of the time we had scheduled. I truly appreciated how smoothly everything went, especially during such a stressful time like moving. I’m beyond grateful for their help and will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for dependable, top-notch moving support!

  • The movers were all really good guys. The were very friendly and showed up a little early.. Although they didn’t really move very quickly nor did they have good knowledge of how to stack inside the trucks. Unloaded everything very well, handled furniture with care. Only complaint would be if a friend of mine a myself had not started loading with them, everything wouldn’t have gotten done in 4 hours nor would they have gotten everything on both 26 ft uhaul trucks. Everything was previously loaded onto a 26 ft and a 20 ft. With spare room on each. Jeremy and James handled all furniture and very pleased with the care. Again, just moved a little to slow. Steven handled most boxes,with care, but he was the slowest of all 3. And definitely doesn’t know how to stack a truck to maximize its space. He also likes to stop an talk every 3 minutes. Would recommend Jeremy and James to anyone,, Steven not so much. Steven said he was the team leader for that crew. Jeremy should be team leader

Added extra person so we could finish and get on the road for our move. Honestly if I had known how great the company was I would have hired him to move us instead of moving ourselves.   • Damages, deceit, and dishonestly are the pillars of Swift Services. I waited to submit a negative review in hopes that the company would do the right thing for the damages they caused to my two couches during unloading. However, since the owner is refusing to accept responsibility for his unprofessional actions and is making dishonest reports to the insurance adjuster, I am left with no choice but to give them the lowest possible review. I purchased additional moving insurance through U-Haul Moving Help to cover any damages that were the result of the movers' actions. Despite showing him the damages before he left the home, plus having photographs, 4 witnesses, and a text message from the owner himself confirming he sent the info to the adjuster, the owner of Swift Services refuses to confirm to the adjuster that my couches were torn as a result of his team pushing the furniture over a sliding door frame and tearing the upholstery instead of carrying it. His lies are shameful. Beware.

  • I had a great experience using Swift Services! I can confidently say that the quality of care they take is excellent. Times, addresses, and flexibility to run overtime were confirmed days ahead. I had several heavy and fragile antique pieces that I was worried about moving. They were respectful and listened to all my concerns. They took care to wrap and place everything carefully to both minimize risk for damage and to maximize the use of space within the moving truck. Everything made it without any issues! They were available to off-load over 1.5 hours away which made my move much less stressful. The Swift Services company also offers handyman services (I did not require any additional assistance this time) which is a convenient option to have in case you need that type of help wherever you’re moving to! 10 out of 10 would recommend, and I will be planning to use them again should I be moving again in the future. Thank you Brandon and the Swift Services team for your help!

  • The dynamic duo, Marcus and JT, were extremely helpful, polite, professional and basically saved the day THAT the UHAUL services at Victory Fuel had failed at. Huge thank you in helping me get the transport OFF the truck so it CAN BE LOADED. SWIFTSERVICES went over and beyond to assist in a much needed assist after the ball was dropped.   • Brandon & Garrett are absolutely AMAZING. I reserved their assistance on Saturday evening and Brandon contacted me right away and scheduled my unload the next business day due to a holiday. They were kind, fast, and worked diligently through, taking the stress off of my entire move from one state to another. They also offer handyman services as well, like a one stop shop. After unloading my furniture, the gentlemen hooked up my washer and dryer for a small fee which I paid extra due to their exceptional service. They do own up to the name swift services. These gentlemen are the real deal and if anyone is hesitant, don’t be, be like Nike and just do it! I was not bribed or told to write this review. This is truly an honest review. They asked where everything should go and move it accordingly without hesitation, procrastination, or problems. I greatly appreciate you gentlemen and will be working with you again.
