  • Derrick reached out to me soon after I booked my unloading help with them. He was a great communicator and highly professional from start to finish. He and his brother, Anthony, arrived at the time that we agreed upon. They immediately reviewed the move with me and planned their strategy. They effectively communicated to each other when moving my furniture pieces, navigating them through doorways and hallways. They handled my items with care. Both were ultimate professionals and pleasant to work with! I would work with them again.

  • We had an amazing experience with this moving crew! Derrick, Anthony, and a third team member showed up on time and hit the ground running. Communication was excellent from start to finish - they kept us in the loop every step of the way. They handled all of our belongings with real care, nothing was scratched, dented, or damaged. On top of that, they were friendly and easy to have in our space, and they worked fast without ever feeling rushed or careless. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for movers who actually care about doing the job right!

  • They were careless with my items, stating I should’ve told them the value of things which would determine how they treat my property. They damaged a dresser that’s less than two months old and an office chair that’s only three months old. They sat heavy boxes on top of two, custom leather chairs and made the excuse that they had no other way on doing it and I should’ve told them they were expensive. They attempted to drag my velvet sofa up the stairs, despite me asking them to be careful with it. I had to stepping and help them get it up properly because of their lack of experience and care. They gave me issues about time, only for me to come down stairs at the 3rd hour (booked for 4) to find half of my belongings sitting in the lobby of the building I moved out of and then snacking on food from the market. I would not recommend them to anyone else due to their carelessness of others property and lack of professionalism.
