  • The guys did a fantastic job. I mistakenly made the reservation for the wrong day and realizing it about 3 hours before I expected them I contacted them and they were able to accommodate me on the same day. They were so helpful and efficient in utilizing the storage space in rented. After I got there I found out the unit was on the second floor and no elevators and the lift operator didn't work on Mondays. They said no problem and proceeded to unload my truck and take everything up about 20 stairs in record time. They are the best I've ever used.

  • We had an amazing experience with EZ Moves, especially with Chris & Maciej who worked tirelessly for 8 hours hauling large furniture in the scorching heat and never complaining. Nick was also a great help though he got more burnt out than the others, but he still worked very hard. They wrapped everything very well and neatly so nothing got scratched. Michael and Isaiah came towards the end for extra help and were very helpful and polite. The whole crew got everything moved into our new home easily and without any issues, going the extra mile to help with everything. I would definitely recommend them for any job! We were very happy with our experience and wish all the guys the best.

  • The mover was a great guy. He was very helpful and did a good job loading the truck. It was a 7 hour drive and the stuff didn’t move at all.

  • The team of 4 were very fast, the communication before was great, and they were fun to talk and work with. They loaded our 1050sq ft apartment in just under 2 hours! I will say, while they wrapped much of our furniture and fragile items with cardboard and furniture blankets, which was great. They may have been going too fast though when Tetrising the truck, as several box’s and totes were crushed and a couple bookshelf’s were damaged. Overall, it was a good experience.

  • josé and joseph are pros. not only did they unload a 20' truckload of items (some items quite heavy and large) across a long cobblestone walkway and down a flight or two of stairs, but they also helped arrange furniture once everything was inside. two kind and friendly fellows who made quick work of a challenging job. definitely recommend!

  • Robert, Richard and Machi were an excellent moving crew. They were communicative and got everything done early. All three movers were professional, had a positive attitude and were super flexible working through the move and packing. They even gave us tips on loading, unloading and disposing of other furniture. I’d highly recommend this service.

  • Sadly a lot of my personal items arrived broken due to the way it was packed in the truck by the movers. You can tell that they slammed a lot of things down as they were sitting them in the truck as well. Things in bins were broken. My extremely expensive marble table top was broken and both my fish tanks were broken. Not only was it upsetting seeing all of my stuff come out of the truck broken, but I had to go straight to the pet store to buy new fish tanks as I had my fish in buckets. Sometimes you get what you pay for. I think it would be worth it to pay a little more money for a better company.

  • Not only is EZ Moves LA the best priced company, they provide the best service. They communicated with me several days before the move, asked me when I would like the movers to arrive, and arrived during that timeframe. They notified me when they were on the way. The movers were overly friendly, careful, and efficient. They finished a 3-hour job in 2 hours. I will definitely use their services again.

  • My husband had to repack the whole truck to even fit our stuff in it, it was loosely packed with too much gaps. Dropped a solid wood hutch that was 2 pieces and it has scratches and dings. The neighbor watched them drop it and let us know. When unpacked it is damaged. Worker reeked of marijuana when arrived

  • I had a great experience with EZ Moves Los Angeles! Ricky and Charles were incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. They helped me move all of my belongings out of my place and into a storage unit, and everything was done quickly and organized perfectly. They were also super friendly and easy to work with, which made a big difference. I would definitely recommend EZ Moves to anyone looking for reliable movers, especially Ricky and Charles!

  • Leading up to our move, I had a lot of anxiety since we happened to choose the one weekend with heavy rain. Ricky was incredibly communicative beforehand and reassured me that his team was fully prepared for all types of weather. When we ran into an issue with the truck the day before the move, Ricky took the time to help me brainstorm solutions so we felt comfortable and prepared going into move day. On the day of the move, Rudy, Daniel, and Chris were absolutely the BEST. They arrived prepared, worked efficiently, and maintained great attitudes the entire time despite the conditions. Hiring this team was truly the least stressful part of our move. I highly recommend them — a top-quality team from start to finish!

  • EZ moved showed up on time, ready to work. My load was efficiently moved downstairs to the trailer. Loading went pretty well, but one item sustained some damage. The trailer load arrived at destination with no visible shifting, so it was well loaded. They finished the job 45 minutes early.

However, they kept me well updated throughout the process with consistent follow-ups, which I appreciated.   • Very professional from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear from the beginning, and they were super responsive even when we had to make a last-minute request for extra help—knowing the move was going to be more challenging than we initially thought. The moving truck couldn’t clear our steep driveway, so everything had to be hauled up a sloped drive by hand. Not ideal, but the team handled it without a single complaint. They were efficient, respectful, and moved everything exactly where we asked—with zero damage to any furniture. Even with the added difficulty, they still wrapped everything up within the original estimated time. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving crew.
