  • These guys were awesome, they unloaded my 15 ft truck in under 2 hours! They were flexible when I was running behind my scheduled time with them, although we were both running behind. They are beyond strategic and efficient when it came to getting stuff into the elevator and apartment! I would absolutely use these guys again.

  • I scheduled 2 movers to help move out of third floor apartment. The moving company called a few days beforehand to confirm time preference, I stated 9 30 am. Only one mover actually showed, and he was nearly 2 hours late. He did great work and got everything out of my apartment in an hour. This is more a poor reflection of the moving company’s scheduling, not the mover himself. Robert worked hard and got everything packed well in my cargo van. He would not have had to work as hard if the second mover I scheduled and still have to pay for actually showed up.

  • The movers who assisted me today were kind, respectful, and very accommodating once they arrived, and I appreciated the work they completed during the two hours I hired them for. Unfortunately, they arrived a little over an hour past the scheduled start time, which created a challenge with my building’s elevator reservation. I had the elevators reserved from 10 a.m. to noon, and in my building, a reservation allows you to hold the elevator so no one else can use it during the move. Because the movers arrived late, I wasn’t able to hold the elevator for the full reserved time, which significantly impacted the move, especially since I was only going from a third-floor unit to a fourth-floor unit. With the shortened window, I couldn’t get everything out of my apartment, and I ended up moving the remaining items myself after the reservation expired. While the movers themselves were great to work with, the late arrival made the overall experience stressful and inconvenient.

  • The owner confirmed my 830 a.m. move and assured me the crew would arrive on time. Instead, the first mover arrived 40 minutes late, and the second arrived over an hour late because the original replacement was sick. If my move was confirmed, why wasn't your staff informed? I've used Moving Help before and understand these aren't professional movers, but this experience was unacceptable. One mover was so rough he damaged my furniture, belongings, and even the apartment. He threw items onto concrete, left property behind, and broke my monitor. The second mover tried to stop him, but he wouldn't listen. U-Haul's policy says providing the payment code means you're satisfied and cannot receive a refund. As a woman alone in an apartment with two much larger men, I did not feel safe refusing payment or confronting them over the damage. Between what I paid them and replacing my monitor, I could have hired professional movers. I won't use this service again.

  • I would book them a 1000 times I booked them for 4 hours they were done in exactly 3 they were very professional they took my bed down and handle it with no problem, they moved fast and they didn't break anything. I had originally requested their help at 11, but they weren’t able to show up until 1220 due to being held up at their previous job. They kept me informed of their delay throughout, and thankfully I wasn’t in too much of a rush to get the job done, but it’s something to note if you are on a strict timeline. Rescue moving came to my rescue and helped me get everything loaded and were amazing at their jobs! They communicated quickly and professionally and were very kind. They loaded the U-Haul in the most efficient way so that it will be easy to unload it when I get to my destination. They were careful with my possessions and just overall incredible to work with.   • We hired this company to help us load for our long distance move. Let me say, the gentlemen that showed up were very kind. However, they showed up an hour and a half late (which then delayed my afternoon movers). They at least let us know they'd be late, 4 minutes before they were scheduled to show up. Within 5 minutes of moving, I had a broken piece of furniture. Other than that the load went okay.... I thought. Towards the end of our move, we weren't watching the packing of the truck because we thought they were packing appropriately. We then opened up the truck to unload and found one of our TVs underneath a stack of boxes. Ruined and not functional. Not tipped over boxes, not slid boxes, it was under a full stack of boxes. There's no way it was an accident. Very disappointed.

  • Do not use this company. Will stea and break your belongings. Communicated concerns to owner he responded the first day and never replied to follow up after. Purchase insurance that will not pay on claim even with documentation. Loss more money with their service than paid for the move. Never using U-Haul again. Better off using a private moving company.

  • DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. They scratched my monitor and damaged other items during the move, they worked hard but they have no care for your belongings, so if you worry about your things been moved with care and professionalism, these guys don't have any of it. They didn't even offer to pay for the damage they caused to my property, save yourself the headache of having to replace your belongings, pay a little more and go with someone else that cares.

  • We booked 2 helpers to meet us at a UHaul location at 8am, confirmed by Robert the evening before move, on morning of move he said they’d be a little late. Then received message just before 9am that one helper sick so another was being located. Then received call after 9am that both helpers would still be almost an hour more. Robert didn’t answer phone when I called, responded back with voice message that he was sorry that the crew had hit traffic but were on their way and that his phone wasn’t working. Had to find alternative movers and canceled with Robert. Robert didn’t notify the crew though and they showed up after we’d already packed up and left. Also had reservation in afternoon for 2 helpers at apartment we moved to. Robert confirmed again, crew did arrive on time at second location. One of them noted that he had text from Robert that morning job was for 9am, whereas I showed him I had text from Robert confirming 8am. Crew at the second location was professional, did good job

  • It was a very hot day, but these guys were not prepared at all. They were very slow, and didn't bring any water with them .One guy was MIA for a long time sitting in the air conditioned car.The other guy did most of the work. Our main concern was getting the boxes we had marked to go into the basement and because of this they did not get some of the heavy boxes in the basement. I was very frustrated.

  • Appreciated the communication after booking the reservation and day of. However, they ended up arriving late. I did enter the bulky items on the reservation yet they showed up with no dolly and let me know they do everything by hand. Not sure why a dolly wasn’t used when it is even on the logo and it would help move quicker. There are two dimensions sized damages on my couch because they forced it through the door. Overall they were friendly. Make sure to request a dolly to be used so they know to bring it if you decide to use them.

  • One mover called me the morning of letting me know he was on his way. He got there a few minutes early and told me the other mover was running late. After about 30 minutes, he said they he isn't coming.. I needed 2 guys for 2 hours, but only one guy showed up. I called Robert right away and he said he would send someone else out immediately. We were already in process of loading the truck and 40 minutes in, so I told him that I would be fine with the one guy, but I need to extend the time from 2 hours to 4 hours. I asked to pay the same rate and he was fine that. Then after the move was over, he told me to zelle him $200 for the service which would save him the U-Haul fee. So I did, but then I was also charged $210.93 on my credit card for the same service. I called Robert on 7-2 requesting a refund for this as I was double charged and he said I would see the refund posted on Monday 7-7. I still have not seen a refund. as of 7-17.

  • I was quite pleased with Robert and his team. I had arrived at the loading zone with the truck an hour earlier then scheduled and had planned to await for them. But Robert and his team were there early as well. They were extremely professional and moved all my items into the awaiting 20 foot truck with care. On arrival to my destination, there was very little shifting of the items in the truck, even though i hit numerous pot holes...
