• Got a text the morning of at the original start time saying something came up with his coworkers family could we move the time back a couple hours I had to have the truck back that same day was a bit worried about that. Made the call to inform him about the truck being returned told me he was trying to find someone else to help him fill in. Sent me a text a couple hours later syaing they were on their way. • This was the worst experience of my entire life. I paid a pretty penny for 6 hours of work and THREE professional movers to get the job done. (Moving out of a 2 bedroom apartment) and expecting I accounted for MORE than enough time. It was 3 kids no older than 16 years old who didn’t so much as complete the job because they were tired. Kids are kids and get tired but you cannot fool people into thinking this is a professional moving company. John stated they would complete the job and stay extra but didn’t take into account the plenty of hours of breaks taken in between, or the stop at Dairy Queen. If you want professional movers do yourself a favor and find actual professionals. My husband did most of the job and brought friends to help us move because they would’ve never finished. Not to mention the hole left in my apartment wall, or the 26 foot truck we rented last minute because he never communicated to us a truck wasn’t included.

  Showed up to the house there was no truck .It was on the 2nd floor with a additional 3rd floor. No Ac,105 degrees outside with fully carpeted 3rd floor so made it extremely hot. Brought an extra person worked an extra 2 hr I didn't charge them for. And there was no hole it was a small nic on the wall because she wrapped the dressers with all of the clothes in it.Than asked if I could carry it like that.Nothing was disassemble.We put everything exactly where it was supposed to go in the new house.You cannot please everyone in this line of work.We got the job done with an heat advisory. No empathy in regards to the working conditions. Other then, a step bother of his who who offered us water.I have other reviews with the same team on moving help that are 5 out of 5 stars.Im sorry that this customer was upset because we slowed down because of the heat and truck being late, standing inside with no ac, double moving items.But with the extra person and time I gave. Id say we are good.

  I was having problems with my vehicle. issues with my truck dying on me. Was going to have another worker come to pick me up. He ended up not being free. So I ended up just using my vehicle instead to pick up another worker. Making a very unsafe drive to get my job done. But we completed it no problems and use the exact time that was allotted. And my vehicle is now repaired.

  Customer stole moving equipment from me. Then had more stuff than what she said. Then tried to make us work 3 hours over the original time. I only moved it back an hour. And it was because I was moving a old lady into a retirement home and she needed a little more time. The same thing that she tried to get me to do by working overtime then hypocritically got mad. • They were scheduled to show up at 11am for a local move to load and unload a one bedroom apartment. They did not show up until 1:45pm. The move was scheduled for 2 hours. Prior to starting the job they did not indicate that they may not be able to finish the job in 2 hours. They worked very slow,

  We showed up on time we called several people I have the call log to prove. We sat outside for over 45 minutes waiting for them to open the door. And then we went in to move the furniture it was full of items. The furniture was very old and I asked if they would take things out because it can wrist break in it and they said it was okay.

• Movers were an hour late. When I would call, he wouldn’t answer his phone but he would text me back. By the time they got there my husband had almost everything in our 26ft moving truck.
