  • Requested a loading help in the morning and received a 10am-11am arrival window. At 945am the day of the move, received a text stating it’ll have to be rescheduled to 12pm-1pm, due to a customer going over schedule. Not great, but understandable. At 1245pm, received a text that they just finished the previous job and arrival will be after 300pm. The actual arrival time was 319pm against the original schedule window of 10am-11am. I was told that the previous customer requested them to come back after they left. Not sure why they didn’t just decline in order to meet the next appointment. The crew was courteous and completed the move efficiently. Unfortunately the delay of over five hours was too much to handle on a moving day.

  • First off another moving service phyre wood moving company canceled less than 1 hour before they were supposed to arrive and made no attempts to fix the situation. I can’t review them since it was canceled. Master laborers stepped up last minute to help out and got there as soon as they could.

  • These guys are the absolute GOATS in moving! The were punctual, very professional and used the greatest care in moving my things! I highly recommend them and should I ever need moving services again, they will be the first that I call! 10 STARS!!

  • The feet were broken off a cabinet and there were scratches on my patio furniture, dresser and floor lamps. Workers should be required to inform the customer when they've damaged any items. I would not recommend this company.

  • The two men politely introduced themselves at the start and got started right away! I could tell they had much experience and packed our items in a careful, secure manner. I had a small furniture issue and had to be gone 10 minutes to retrieve a tool so they were very patient with me! Will use again! Thank you!

  • They were a bit late but to make up for that there was an additional guy helping unload our u-haul for no charge. They came and unloaded everything so fast and professionally. Handled all of my things with care and were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend using them!

  • Didn’t waste any time even moved through the pouring rain! Worked quickly to unload 26’ truck 3 to 4 bedrooms plus garage, basement and upstairs. Worh every dime! Would call them again and refer to anyone looking for good movers.

  • I cannot recommend Master laborers LLC at all to anyone. From the damages they caused, dropping electronics, and working as slow as possible to get more money out of us. There was two trips to be made in total and by the time the first 3 hours we reserved were up, they were STILL LOADING THE FIRST TRUCK. We were forced to step in after Willie told the men to stop working unless we sent over more money via Zelle. To top it all off, Willie gave me a number to send and then the movers on site were telling us different numbers!! It was truly terrrible. For the amount this move cost for 6 hours, we could've paid a real company that would have shown up with a truck and finished the move in the first 3 hours alloted. We've learned our lesson and will never use Master laborers LLC again.

  • Would never hire again. They showed up half an hour early without calling ahead. Only called once they arrived and I wasn't home yet. They brought a 3rd person when I hired two, thankfully didn't charge extra. They were fast and got the job done in one hour instead of two. They wouldn't refund me for the unused time or stick around to help with furniture related tasks to use up the second hour I paid for. Maybe I missed some fine print in the contract, but to me this is unprofessional. Meeting the bare minimum rather than going above and beyond. They also didn't help move one of my pieces of furniture that wouldn't fit up the stairs but could have been disassembled if they stayed for the second hour I paid for. Would give 0 starts if I could. Dinged up a bunch of my stuff because they were in a hurry. Terrible experience! I want my money back.

  • The communication to set-up our move was excellent; however, they texted the morning of that they would be 30 minutes late and they did not keep us informed on how they were loading the truck.The movers arrived smelling of cigarettes and weed. Their manager was constantly on the phone, not supervising the movers. Almost all of our furniture was badly scratched, dented, ripped, stained from shoe prints, or otherwise damaged due to poor loading (even though we provided moving blankets and ratchet straps, only one was used on the back of a keyboard. (e.g. they did not protect an antique mirror with any blankets)), they did not fit all of our furniture (which could have fit with more efficient loading) so we had to take more trips than expected.
