  • Movers showed up on time and got to work. They finished in two hours, even though we paid for 3. They were careful taking things in the house and were quite pleasant. Our biggest complaint is one of the movers just put stuff in the garage instead of asking us where the items went. With us paying for an hour they didn't work, I am sure that had they asked where they went, we would have used more of the time we paid for. Because of the heat we didn't make a big deal about it, but the value was downgraded for me due to this.

He and his coworker moved me from a second-floor apartment and worked quickly and efficiently to load everything into the U-Haul. They wasted no time and handled everything with care.   • Excellent service. Arrived 30 minutes early but worked out fine. Efficient workers were able to unload a 20 ft U-haul in half the allotted 2 hours time. When asked if they could use the extra hour of paid labor to unpack boxes I was told they could not because unpacking required a separate work order and work force. I understood the issue, but when I informed the owner the unused extra hour of labor, which was already paid for, would be considered as their tip there was a noticeable change in the lead worker's attitude. Within five minutes of departure he called me asking if I was dissatisfied with their work. I thought this strange because I had previously expressed how pleased I was with their service. I can only imagine he was disappointed they were not getting an extra tip on top of the $90 tip they had already received as a result of working half the allotted time. I think he was fishing for an additional tip, although he did not mention it.

They were also really quick in unpacking the containers and moving our furniture and boxes into the house and detached garage.
