Highly recommend! Iowa Moving 1 made our move easy. We had to make several trips, and we booked these guys two more times because of what a great job they did for us the first time. Eric, Shawn, and Christian were the A-team for us. Frequent, clear communication before, during, and after. Super-efficient unloading of three separate loads, and the truck was packed full each time. They were skilled with securely and carefully handling all items, and where everything should be placed. On the final load, they even helped us unload a few items into a storage unit - drove over and met us there after getting most of it into our apartment. Great experience!

I received a second call the day before the move confirming the order. The movers called again when they were enroute to my location and arrived within the agreed upon 2-hour window. When unloading what they packed, a number of furniture pieces were damaged from rubbing on other pieces. I gave them 60 blankets and they used less than half of them. I continually asked them to use them and they did very sparingly. They did utilize the space wisely.

I'm canceling the 7/12 job because our move was pushed out. I'm cancelling the 7/10 job because the movers walked off the job because they claim they saw some cockroaches. They completely have screwed up our moving plans because of a couple bugs. They claimed it was for protecting their equipment, but I provided all the equipment. I provided an appliance dolly I rented from Uhaul. I provided all the straps and rope. They could have used all my equipment and done the job but they walked off the job after 30 minutes. I will not pay for this.
