• Excellent service and professionalism. Fast and efficient. I booked 4 people for 4 hours. They completed my assigned task in less than 2 hours and I was billed for 4 hours. A disappointment after such great service.

• These 2 men were very hard working. One said he was vaccinated, the other said he wasn't but they both willingly wore masks. They were very careful with my belongings and were friendly and efficient the whole time. My only issue was the language barrier which led to several minor misunderstandings

• When the workers arrived they said they have never packed before even though I paid for two hours of packing. This was a major disappointment. They didn't know how to pack and I ended up doing it.

• Moving day started poorly. 2.5 hours late, told us it was rain at noon, but they 30 minutes away. Did not have cleaning supplies, did not know how to use TAPE GUN?!?, and had to be told to clean. :(
