Super personable and had very clear communication. They delivered our UBoxes and kept them on a movable trailer for unloading which was perfect for the small parking lot at our apts. Absolutely would recommend for any apt move ins that don’t allow you to set down UBoxes !!

Monarch was incredible. If I end up moving again, I would absolutely re-hire. They were fast, communicative, and incredibly respectful not only to us, but to the residents in our building as well. We moved into a 5th floor building on a busy downtown street. The day of our move, we had to pivot quickly because the main street was closed--the team was very responsive. They also absolutely maximized the space that they had in the elevator to get everything up in as few trips as possible. Robert especially managed communication and planning on the day of in a way that set us at ease. I can't say enough good things.

They were great. They were on time and ready to load the van. When it came to unloading the van and loading my Ubox, they packed the Ibox efficiently and secure. It was a wonderful experience working with them.

Overall, I really recommend this team! The guys that helped me were so kind and careful with our belongings. There were some hiccups in communication in terms of move in time coordination, but they owned the misstep and corrected fairly quickly. And their customer service more than made up for it!

I am so glad I picked these guys for help with unpacking my u-boxes. After booking they were immediately in touch with me about unpacking day. Communication was easy through text and on the day of, they were prompt to respond to all the questions I had. They were perfectly on time with my boxes, and immediately got to work. I assumed my help would be needed but they were quick to reassure me that I didn't need to lift a finger if I didn't want to. Even though I wanted to help, they were so quick and efficient I hardly did much. They were also so kind and respectful of my stuff, I would recommend them to anyone needing help to move anything.

Can’t say enough good things about Monarch Moving! Just moved to San Diego and U-Haul originally auto-assigned us a random company for 2 U-box drop offs & unloading service. We didn’t hear back from this company and decided to switch last minute to Monarch. Best decision we made in our entire move! They fit us in the next day, were super communicative the whole time, and showed up right on time. Both U-Boxes were unloaded quickly and they carried heavy stuff up 3 flights of stairs in the sun without complaint. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted and they returned the empty boxes to U-Haul for us after. Rob, Ed and Adam were our guys and they were awesome! Really nice, easy to talk to, and took good care of everything. Their price also beat every other mover we looked at. 5 stars isn’t enough!! We’ll use them again for any future moves and HIGHLY recommend!

Monarch Movers are hands down the best moving experience I've ever had! From the moment they walked in, they made a game plan, communicated it clearly, and took the lead so I didn't have to stress about a thing. They were professional, quick, kind, and incredibly thorough in their planning. They were in and out. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and using them for every future move!

I cannot recommend this company enough! They communicated early and often, were very punctual, and extremely competitive pricing. Also, they unloaded 6 U-Boxes for us in the heat all while having the absolute best attitude and professionalism the whole time. They have a trailer that can hold 2 U-Boxes per trip, so it greatly reduced travel time. HIGHLY recommend them for any move in the area, outstanding people to work with!

Monarch movers did a great job delivering and unloading our uboxes. Gerard was very communicative from the start and on move in day Robert was also very communicative and transparent about what was happening and how it would work. The guys showed up and did the job quickly and efficiently. They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to have in our new home. I would definitely recommend Monarch and will use them again if the need comes up.

Hands down the best experience I've had with a Moving Helper company. The Monarch Moving team communicated every step of the way, arrived right on time, and packed everything with incredible care. They treated my belongings as if they were their own and made what could have been a stressful move completely hassle free. Exceptional Service! cannot say enough good things about Adam, Elijah, and Robert! They helped me move out of my one bedroom apartment today and were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional from start to finish. They genuinely know exactly what they are doing. I was especially blown away by Robert’s absolute ingenuity with Tetris to pack everything perfectly, which saved so much space and made the whole process seamless. They handled all of my belongings with the utmost care, worked efficiently, and maintained a great, positive attitude the entire time. If you are looking for movers who are professional, skilled, and great to work with, definitely hire them!

The Monarch team was excellent. Great communication, arrived when they said, worked very hard to unload a 26’ truck after a cross country move. Robert and Alfonzo were great, very personable and professional! They unloaded my U-Haul U-Box and were in and out in like 30 minutes. They arrived on time, came prepared with moving equipment, and were uber careful to not bump into existing walls or furniture. Would definitely use Monarch Moving again!

I was truly impressed with the service I received. The team was extremely professional, careful, and hardworking throughout the entire process. They took the time to make sure everything was packed and loaded properly, and they paid close attention to my priorities and preferences. What stood out the most was how efficiently they used the space; I honestly didn’t think all of my belongings would fit, but they managed to load everything in a very smart and organized way. They were amazing. Our other movers (five star movers) canceled last minute and monarch movers were there within 3 hours of rebooking with them the same day, extremely nice and great communication. Got the job done quickly and very professionally.Would definitely book again!
