I cannot say enough wonderful things about Perfect Timing and the two gentlemen who helped me today. They were phenomenal from beginning to end! I was handling this move by myself, and they were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. What touched me most was the genuine care they showed for my belongings. They were cautious, careful, and strategic with how they loaded the truck, treating my things as if they were their own. But what truly stood out was how they treated me. They arrived as strangers, but by the end of my move, they honestly felt like family. Moving alone can be stressful and overwhelming, but they made me feel supported and cared for throughout the entire process. I’m incredibly grateful I found Perfect Timing. If you want movers who are professional, hardworking, patient, and genuinely care BOOK THEM! Thank you both for making a difficult day so much easier. You were truly a blessing!

I enjoyed working with this company and the two helpers they sent. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, and they did a killer job. I didn't get their names, but kudos to the helpers assigned to my job for working hard through the heat and being in good spirit the entire time. No complaints here!

I was not pleased with the service provided. The two gentlemen seem to work hard harder versus smarter. They did not even come equipped with a dolly and me and my son also had to assist in loading and unloading. My initial timeframe was two hours with the option to extend my time. However when they arrived They could only do two hours because they had another job right after mine. Due to them rushing my 65 inch TV is damaged from them shoving it between mattresses. Thank God I paid for insurance

This team both loaded and packed for me but this job # is about the packing so I'll stick to that here. The two gentlemen who did this job were very lovely and great Tetris players to get as much of my things in as they could. They also stayed late to pack an unexpected third pod I needed to get. My only two issues with their loading was that they put a lot of small things into the pods which run the risk of damage, and I would have appreciated if they started loading the big things earlier, so that we had more time to deal with the emergency of not having enough space in the pods I had. As a result, I ended up having to leave things behind that could've fit into one of the three pods had we had that insight from the beginning. My things are loaded onto the types of cubes that get transported for me, so they won't arrive for a few more days; I fully intend to reach out out again if anything was damaged due to these issues.

This team both loaded and packed for me but this job # is about the packing so I'll stick to that here. I was a little disappointed in the packing the two gentlemen did on this job. I had some dedicated boxes- such as the TV box and several glassware boxes with separators- that they didn't use, and instead put things in other random boxes. This not only took unnecessary packing time (like individually wrapping glasses instead of putting them in the assigned boxes), but may also result in damage to my things (like the TV, which is in a random box). They also left a number of empty boxes at my house and instead just left small items to be loaded as-is, which will be cumbersome on my unload team and, again, may cause damage to items. My things are loaded onto the types of cubes that get transported for me, so they won't arrive for a few more days; I fully intend to reach out out again if anything was damaged due to these issues.

They worked with me on my schedule and rescheduled a Sunday morning move in to a Saturday afternoon per my request. The movers showed up on time and they were excellent. They asked where everything was asked what needed to be loaded and then when they unloaded it they asked where everything needs to be unloaded. The movers worked with me as I had other issues that were going on and unavoidable and yet they were patient and they worked with me and waited for me to arrive so they could unload the truck. I would use this company anytime I need to move again. They were awesome.

I was told I would be contacted the day before my service to finalize details. When I reached out on the 30th I did not get a response. It was pretty stressful since this was first time using this company and I was not sure they were going to show up on the 31. I did hear from them the morning of the 31 and two men did show up. However, they spent the majority of the time bickering with each other. They did not take my suggestions on how I wanted the uhaul packed. My dresser has some scratches on it and a piece of my bed rail was chipped off from them shoving it in. They worked fast, but they did not utilize the space in the uhaul well and complained about its size a few times.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! These gentlemen were completely amazing! We are both disabled and moved from TX. We thought we'd still have some left after the 2 hours but they did the whole truck! They were so careful with all of our items, found things the loading movers broke and alerted us immediately and even apologized for the shoddy work of their colleagues even though they had nothing to do with it! We spent the VERY last of our moving money to hire them and they were worth every penny and more. When our house is built, we will be hiring them to move our items in! But only if we get the same guys, please ! Excellent job gentlemen!
