• Start of job was good. Ended badly with very unprofessional attitude, my having to leave furniture behind in Tx, and some damage of items loaded at the end. Had made same move twice in 5hrs & no issue

  Sorry you were disappointed about the furniture but a 3 bedroom house full of chairs wont easily if at all fit in a 17' truck. As for the damage guys ran out of pads which are a must for wood chairs.

• They showed up 4 hours late after admitting they took an additional job. There was apparentely a lack in communication between office and movers. My bedroom furniture had several scratches / knicks.

  The guys said that loading a 17' truck with no pads would not be a good idea but you insisted that it was done before so do it again. Sorry for the damage but moving pads are a must.
