• The guys arrived on time, loaded everything for the long haul, stapled everything in, and ensured things were padded correctly so nothing would be broken. Everything arrived after 600+ mile drive like it was just loaded, nothing damage at all.

• I was amazed at how quickly the gentleman worked to load the truck and to unload! I moved to an upstairs apartment and the guys had to carry my stuff up those stairs which was very hard work!

• When moving into a second story apartment (or above), please be m considerate of the downstairs neighbors and not "gallop" down the stairs. Also, fold the furniture pads for your customer.

• Easily scheduled, but lacking basic knowledge--like how to use ratchet straps, pull out a ramp, or what kind of screwdriver to use for basic furniture assembly. Also, moved slowly. Strong, though.
