• I hired this moving help service hoping for a smooth experience, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. While the movers were personable and polite, my concerns were dismissed mainly during the process. Several items were damaged in transit, and it was clear that they were not properly secured. The rope used to tie items down broke, suggesting it wasn't tied tightly or adequately checked. Overall, I appreciated the friendly attitude of the movers, but the lack of care and attention to detail during transport left me unsatisfied.

  Our movers handled all of your items with care and packed and loaded your truck professionally. They used the rope and blankets you provided and took pictures of the truck fully loaded. There were no damages when the guys were done. We cannot be responsible for a truck that is not driven by our workers.

• The team came out last minute to help after we weren't able to move everything on our moving day. They had to carry some of the heaviest objects we own and through some terrible conditions. (We couldn't park in our driveway, so they had to carry everything up the hill of our driveway and around the house.) They did this all without complaining and still finished the job in time. I'm so impressed with this team and their phenomenal work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
