Frank and his crew handled everything and were super kind and communicative. It was so nice to be able to trust them with everything, and to not have to stress at all. They were able to safely pack all of my stuff into fewer U-Boxes than expected, which saved me money. And they worked quickly. There were some issues with getting on my street due to some construction I was unaware of, but Frank made it happen and got both of my boxes and unloaded them in about an hour each! They were super careful with my large furniture and did not scratch any floors or walls. I am super happy with the service and would definitely recommend Frank's moving service!

The team that Frank's moving sent over to help us load our moving truck was great. On time, hardworking, and respectful to us and our valuables. They did an awesome job packing it so well that it didnt budge an inch on our 1200 mile drive up the west coast from LA to Seattle. Should we find ourselves back in LA and in need for moving services we would not hesitate to hire them again. Highly recommend!!

This was the second time we hired Frank’s Moving for our move and I am happy to say I would gladly hire them again. I recently hired a moving company to help unload my U-Boxes, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. We reserved Franks Moving Company for the purposes of getting our U-Boxes dropped at our place. We didn’t hire them for moving, but despite this, the moment we met Frank he gave us his fancy dolly to borrow! Then when he came back to pick up the U-Box, he lended us a SECOND realllly nice dolly and then proceeded to move our couch and dresser inside the building. Truly saved us, could not recommend more, huge Frank Moving Co. fans.

Frank & Jesus kept us informed from a few days prior to our scheduled packing date. They called ahead on the scheduled date and arrived 90 minutes early. This allowed us to get finished with our packing sooner than we anticipated and give us the rest of the day to finish other chores. We were pushing the volume limits of the single U-Box. Nevertheless, the movers packed the box most efficiently. We ended up getting more items in than we thought we could.

I booked them 10pm the night before our move. Within 30 minutes they communicated me regarding our move. I told them 9am and they were there on time. Angel and Hugo were amazing. They were prompt and very efficient. They were able to get our couch through and out of a very tight space. They were able to load and unload in the time frame I needed. Frank’s Moving was excellent! Two movers came (including Frank), and both were quick and very careful in handling furniture and lots of boxes. It was an extremely hot day, but both were good-natured and worked efficiently, with no complaints at all. In fact, they went above and beyond when my large, heavy wall unit would not fit in the elevator, they brought it up 4 long flights of stairs!! Now that’s dedication! I would highly recommend Frank’s Moving.

Frank's Moving Co was very professional, and even though U-Haul (the company) dropped the ball on communication, they took care of everything, so I didn’t have to worry. They made all of the arrangements to get my items and was able to get everything in one shipment. I had to adjust my move date to earlier, because my items arrived in town earlier, and they were able to accommodate me with no issue.

Sir, you were not present at the location; however I was. You needed a 40 ft container that had a over 5ft reach for us to climb up with no ramp or step mechanism to stack far above reach loaded by 2-men and you expected this to take less than 2 hours. What you required was not in the scope of your order. 2-men for 2-hrs. Although this was dangerous and difficult, the job was complete in a very timely manner. Your truck driver mentioned this type of order usually takes 4-5 hours for 2-movers. It's unfair for you to leave an exaggerated review.

The guys worked really hard and got everything in the truck which was incredibly surprising. I was even able to return a trailer that I thought we'd need for sure. While the packers did an excellent job of fitting everything, some of our furniture was scratched and damaged in transit due to not being properly protected with blankets. I didn't get a call confirming the move, so I tried calling the mover to confirm on Tuesday morning. A woman answered the phone and said they would get back to me later in the day to confirm. The office was excellent. The helpers were supposed to arrive at 1 PM, they arrived at 5 PM, no apology. Marked boxes of books packed on top of marked fragile boxes. They worked hard, but wrong.

I call Franks Movers "Service." I hired 2 of them for what I thought would take 3 hours, they started at 7:15a and was done by 8:45a, I found a few more items for an additional 15 mins. With stairs!

I made reservation a week ago and for 11/01/2011. I received a cancellation email from mover on Sunday 10/30/2011 afternoon! Sounds great customer service! I will spread the world for sure!

We had 2 cancel all appt's, our Lead Mover was in a terrible vehicle accident on his way from a move that Sat. He is unable to delegate the routes and schedules at this time, currently hospitalized.
