Dan sorry one of the guys were 15 min late, which is why we found this out and sent two guys for free to help load. Thatbis why 2 more guys showed up.. That more then made up the 15 min, but also you didn't have enough time booked. You went over 1 hour and 35 min still with 4 guys on your load and I only had you pay an extra hour so you got 40 min free.

All I have to say is WOW!!!!! we notified that at first job customer was delayed which put us way behind. I told you I would give you 2 extra guys for 2 hours free for inconvenience, which I did. You used 4 guys for 6 hours. You knew you had way more then you told us and not enough time. You even agreed. If you got 2 guys that you ordered for that move we would have been there 10 hours. I am having difficulty setting up the time and detailed instructions for my move with two men moving co. My building only allows me to move my items in a two hour window.
