  • They were amazing to work with. They called ahead after it was scheduled through uhaul, to set up a time to start moving our belongings. We confirmed how long it would be for and ways to make payment if we needed additional time. They were very kind and professional and treated both us and our belongings with respect. I really appreciated their help with our move. They maximized the space available in the uhaul to fit everything. They were able to complete the move within the scheduled time exactly. Thanks to their care, everything made the move safely.

  • Crown Moving was exceptional! From the first contact confirming the day and time, communication was professional and clear. Brett leads the team and models excellent customer service. On the day of service, Brett confimed time again, let me know when he was on the way, and arrived on time. Brett and his assistant Cody came prepared with furniture dollies and hand trucks. They unloaded a 20 ft., fully packed truck safely and efficiently, moving most of the contents up two flights of stairs. They placed things in specified locations. Nothing was damaged and they were quick and efficient. I have moved several times and so far Crown Moving Services wears the chamipionship moving crown.

  • Brett and Yan were awesome while helping us unload our 26 foot truck. They were very professional, polite, and friendly during our move. After a quick walkthrough of our new place, they had a plan ready and arranged all the furniture and boxes exactly where we wanted them, no re-explaining needed. We are so lucky to have found such great movers through the U-Haul moving help service. I highly recommend Crown Moving, and will be giving them a call the next time we have to move!

  • Brett and Yan did a fantastic job! When I booked the order through U-Haul, I was contacted directly right away by Crown Moving to confirm the order. The day before the move to reconfirm and then again notifying me that the crew was on its way. The 2-person crew arrived a few minutes early, were friendly, prepared and efficient. They took care of my furniture and belongings as if they were their own. After the move they folded the moving blankets and helped discard used packing materials. Overall a great experience and I 100 percent recommend this company. Thank you for doing such a great job!

  • I just completed my U-box load with Crown Moving and it was smooth and easy. They were very professional, friendly, courteous, and on-time. My biggest concern was my treadmill and they moved it effortlessly. They also helped me get organized and gave me pointers on using my U-box space efficiently as I will load a few more items during the week. Brett’s communication was excellent from the initial phone call to set up the move time, to confirming the day before, and again the day off. I highly recommend using this company.   • I highly recommend choosing Crown for help moving. I hired a 2 man crew to load my uhaul truck for an out of state move. The timing had to be perfect because I had another crew scheduled to unload in the other state, there was no room for anything to go wrong. The guys were right on time and got the job done in less than the 3 hours I had booked. They offered sound advice, and packed the truck so perfectly there was no need for straps or rope. Super friendly and professional, they definitely have a lot of experience and know exactly how to make things go right. I would hire them again if I ever move back to San Diego. Things could not have gone any better.

  • Can’t say enough about the amazing service we received from Crown. They were patient and gracious while we changed trucks (and took an additional 2 hours to get it together) and they took the time to wrap all of our items with care. The truck was arranged in a way that kept all of our items safe and protected. We had a ton of sensitive items like plants, e-bikes, heirloom pottery, etc and nothing was damaged after our long drive through mountains and rocky terrain. This was our second move with Crown. Truly the best!
