  • Scheduled two helpers for 6 hours for our in-town move. Unfortunately, one of the helpers called in and the one helper, Mike, had to do all the moving himself. Mike worked his butt off. I was impressed with his determination of getting our move completed that day. Took longer than the 6 hours, but that's not Mike's fault.

  • Tim, Michael, Shawn and Reena were the best loaders for our 2 ABF trailers. We’ve had several loaders and movers in 20 years in the Army and this team was the absolute best! They went straight to work and were total rockstars clearing the house and loading. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing moving help! I wish we could take them to Kansas to help us unload, lol.

  • We had a huge hiccup with our UHaul truck rental and so things really got pushed around. Everyone was in communication and on top of what was going on. They got the truck loaded and super secure and made it easy for us to unload at the destination. We had only hired for loading at the storage unit. I would definitely use them again.

  • Tim sent text message (2) hours prior to scheduled unload time to advise that he was not available to unload our 20' truck (reservation was made 3 weeks prior). Attempted to discuss by phone but he could not accept messages (full). It took nearly 5 hours to confirm if crew would be available for the next day. We ended up unloading 40 percent of the truck ourselves as there were items needed (beds, etc) that couldn't wait until the next day. I booked 3 hours of unload time and we spent almost 2 hours unloading ourselves. To his credit, he did show up the next morning and it only took a little over an hour for the remaining items to be unloaded. I ask him for a price adjustment and he refused. Would not recommend as his communication and customer service and reliability was sub-standard.

He got more stuff in that truck than I thought he would. The load did not shift. Nothing was crushed or abused. They were very courteous and did not use foul language.   • I received a text a minute AFTER they were scheduled to say the’d be 1hr 45 minutes late and then another text 1 hr and 40 minutes later that they were still 30 minutes away. They didn’t apologize or ask if it was convenient. They didn’t really work well together or figure out the particulars until they were holding heavy furniture. I only needed them for 20 minutes but had to pay the minimum $240.

  • They sucked. After showing 3 hours late they barley got the piano moved and left long before our 2 hours of help. They did not know what they were doing and my piano was damaged because they did not bother to remove the hinges on the side and it cracked the side of my piano. DONT USE THEM!!
