Nice people, and we were grateful they brought a third person when we only paid for two. They made the move much easier than if it was just my husband and I. However, just a couple things to note- they contacted me at 10pm the night before and said they had another job scheduled that morning too so they had to come in the afternoon instead (luckily we were flexible). On moving day, they mentioned by looking at a few peices of furniture in the truck that those items wouldn’t be able fit up the stairs, however my husband and brother-in-law carried them up after they left.

The communication leading up to our service was terrible. The company preferred to chat through text (which is annoying, but fine). My true concern is that it was very difficult to get answers. It took about four or five times of me asking in order to set the time for the movers to arrive. The day of, one mover arrived 1 hour late. The helpers were fantastic (once they arrived). Overall, there is room for improvement in the area of communication.

I would never hire them again. Arrived late, started late, came un-prepared. Disorganized. professionalism was non existent. Did not handle my stuff properly. Ruined my couches. And made me super uncomfortable by sitting on the couch waiting for me to give him the payment code even though they did not finish the unload I booked them for 5 hours and they started at 11am, they came and then left to get a third helper. Ended the job at 3pm. What a waste of $700.00. I want a refund. I finished the moving by myself with some friends. Horrible. Only positive thing was Alex. He was amazing, nice, and he was the hardest worker here. Without him, they would’ve been clueless.

Absolutely amazing movers! Booked them for 3 hours to help load the truck and then unload in my new place and we got done so much sooner than I expected! Keith and John were absolutely fantastic and if I ever have to move again I will gladly hire them again. My desk originally didn’t fit through the doorway and we had to take it apart and I no longer had the tools or instructions to take it apart or put it back together and Keith went and grab a set of tools from his truck took it apart as little as possible and then once upstairs even put it back together for me and he definitely did not have to do that!

To load 2-bedroom apt takes 2.5 hours. Make sure your book the same chunk of time to unload if you would like to use the same guys to load and unload and account for the travel time. They are great.
