• Kelly's Movers provided excellent service for my move on August 23rd, 2025. They were punctual, efficient, and highly professional throughout the process. Their communication in advance was clear and helpful. What really impressed me was when their helper went above and beyond by driving the U-Haul truck for me since I don't have experience with larger vehicles - this made the move much less stressful. The team worked hard and maintained a friendly, professional attitude. I would definitely recommend Kelly's Movers to anyone needing reliable moving assistance.

• I recently used Kelly’s Movers for my move, and overall, I had a great experience. The team was professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with care. A special thanks to Piyush and Prateek for their hard work, they made the process smooth and stress-free! The only recommendation I have is to improve communication prior to the move. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with someone beforehand, but once the team arrived, everything went perfectly. I would definitely recommend their services and appreciate the effort they put in!

• Booked 2 movers. The 1st mover was 20 mins late. The 2nd was 30 mins late. Both of them left for 20 minutes to find new parking during the move. Movers finished 50 mins late and charged me for one extra hour. Since when customers got charged for the time movers spent finding parking. The mover straight up lying they were only 20 mins late while couldn’t even look into my eyes at the end. I could’ve been happy paying the extra hour or tip them generously for their service had they told me upfront but they decided to just drag it along and tell you at the end. Tldr - unprofessional and shortsighted way to run a business. Will not return nor recommend to my network.

• Chris was outstanding! There was an issue about the 2nd person not being able to come and he was able to get another person. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name. Despite being on his own for a while, Chris started moving things on his own and loaded the truck. He was extremely hard working. The job was tough moving from the 3rd floor with no elevator. Both workers didn’t stop and somehow managed to load an impossible amount of things into the truck. Would absolutely use Kelly’s Movers again. Excellent experience. Two very professional guys.

• I called multiple times to confirm the moving time and got no answer. I left a voice mail with my preferred time and asked for a call back but said I would not be available after 4pm. I also emailed with the same info. No one called back until after 4pm, when I said I was unavailable, but confirmed over email for my preferred time. Then, day and time scheduled I get an email saying the time was never confirmed….even though in the email above it was. Again I tried calling and no answer. Now no one was available until it was too late. They sent only one guy instead, and my understanding was there would be a truck. So nothing got moved and the guy left.

• As we spoke on the phone, the move date was on the Sunday August 31. The truck was arriving from New York City to North York on Saturday late evening, regardless of the specific destination address. When I finally confirmed the location, you stated you had committed other clients in our place. My statement was clear, in that,if you cannot move us on Sunday, we would have to find other movers. Monday was never an option.
