• Mixed bag here -- showed up early, and after a quick walk through of our apartment understood the priority of furniture 1st, boxes if there is time. Also brought and extra helper to train and his son. I wanted the couch and bed out first, and had our cats in another room. They decided to take dressers out first where the cats were, and I asked 3 times to let me move the cats. They didn't listen, resulting in one of the cats attacking me and a trip to urgent care. One of our bookcases broke due to one mover carrying it by himself. A cable to our reclining sofa was ripped while the power supply was loudly dragging behind them as they loaded the couch into the truck. Percy fixed it for us, he was testing the couch after he reassembled it and plugged it back in. His son forgot the hardware to our bed frame back at our old apartment, and we drove back with two of the movers to get it, and didn't see Percy again until he showed up at my husband's job for the payment codes...
