• They moved too slow. One of them took two smoke breaks, he dropped my kitchen box and broke my large glass bowl in the truck. He on the phone while the other one was loading the cart in the beginning.

• Hrs estimate info said to reserve 8 hrs, only took 6, but no refund given, site does not state this. Estimate low! Box of SMASHED side plates, bottle of vodka missing & gouges out of chairs. Not happy

  Customer was advised that dolly was to be provided by him. He also asked if we allow him to work the job and paid as a helper. When he was advised we could not do that the customer became disgruntled.
