• They charged 450 on moving helper for 2 guys for 3 hours. The crew brought an extra guy and I agreed to pay for the extra. At the end of the move they asked for $300 for the extra guy. That's $100 an hour for one guy. I tried to explain this to the crew leader but he was browsing social media on his phone. They worked slow but they were also careful. I like the guys and appreciate the help but I didn't feel like it was worth $750 to have 3 guys for 3 hours. They did stay a little bit longer than that but I wasn't much.

• They didn't come with any tools or anything. I had provided bubble wrap, blankets, tape, shrink wrap, and asked them to be sure and wrap up my hutch with glass and they didn't do anything to it. The communication was not good. They stuffed things in the uhaul haphazardly and things were broken.
