  • I only used them for a fraction of the two hours and so did not include a tip as I was required to pay the two hour minimum. The balance of the payment not used to pay staff can be used to tip them.

  • The movers were very quick and communicative. However, they were an hour late. Also, I had specific requests on how I needed the Uhaul packed to make it easier for me to unload, and they either didn’t or weren’t able to do so which resulted in my unloading day being very chaotic.

We had a 2 bedroom house to move that was more like 3-4 bedroom house and they were so good at loading the truck that it all fit in a 26' U-Haul truck.

    Maybe you're rating UHaul for the truck breakdown. We're not Uhaul and were professional and efficient. We loaded and unloaded a 14' truck load into a 10' truck in under 2hrs without incident.
