Overall the team did a great job loading and unloading for us. The team had the move dynamics down to a science and didn't need to be micromanaged in any fashion. Overall a positive experience and we appreciate their efforts.

Quick, friendly, handled picking up 2nd u-box well. Extra charge was warranted but confusing, I blame movinghelp not movers. One gripe, they dropped "Will Travel" cards ALL over the lobby floor.

Got off to a rock start when I was asked to move the original appointment 1 hour later after I called to confirm original 08:00 appointment. He made it up by providing double the crew.

I had 2 movers from Will Travel unload my truck. They were 2 of the nicest guys. I insisted I help them bc I am OCD , but they told me to relax. They got everything done within an hour!!
