• Dominic was awesome with the U-Box shipping! He is punctual and calls before to confirm. Highly recommend him and not the U-Haul store delivery guys in Eureka, CA. They tend to be short staffed so deliveries get rescheduled. Go with the alternative, Dominic Dawson Moving Services. He gets is done on your schedule with no stress. I was able to keep the U-Box for 2 weeks before it went back to U-Haul to get shipped. I needed the time and he worked with me, no problems.

• I placed the order for a U-pod the day before delivery, and Dominic called me right away to confirm for the next day. He let me know whenever I'm ready for pick up to just call him. He is great at being available for communication, availability, and prompt on what he says he's going to do. I definitely recommend his services.

My move must still go on and I was kept in the dark as to when, if ever, the uboxes would be found. I am now forced to make arrangements with another moving company. This was not a good customer experience.

I tried to put in a dispute with Moving Help.com, but the dispute disappeared. I tried calling Moving Help.com, but no one answered. So I want my full payment back.

• Heavy boxes were placed on top of boxes plainly marked "fragile". One of the movers was not carefully with avoiding walls, causing several dings requiring repair.

• the truck had to be repacked because he didn't pack it correctly.He broke my treadmill to replace the part the price of 73.00 plus labor.
