• This was my first time ever hiring help for a move and did not know what to expect but decided to go with Diamond Moves based on their reviews and fair price. They did not disappoint. Malik gave me a call within 24 hours after I booked to discuss details and confirm place and time. On the day of the move, they arrived on time and were very professional throughout the whole process. Malik really knows what he is doing when it comes to loading and everything was done very efficiently while all of our items were handled with great care. I highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again.

We were told they could arrive a little after 8 am. At 8 we received a text saying they would not be arriving for another hour and an half. After some back and forth, they arrived at 9. The gentlemen who completed the move were very polite and professional.

• Dash and his help were extraordinarily helpful and quick and moving all my furniture to my new loft. They were very good and professional and I will definitely be using them again when we eventually move out of the loft. They called me the day before to schedule a time, and called me again the morning of the move to confirm. They arrived on time and were very strong and lifted some very heavy things up the stairs. • Be prepared to be amazed!!! Not only was the crew shockingly fast with loading, they were absolute Tetris master level status in fitting as many things in as possible and packed nice and tight for travel. Despite the speed and tight packing, everything arrived in perfect condition with no breaks or damage. They were also flexible on our start time with little notice (our fault) when we had issues picking up our truck. Highly recommend their services!!

The crew started off with 4 movers for the loading and it was amazing to watch how quickly they were able to load the truck. For the unloading the crew went down to 2 and they were AMAZING!!! They got everything unloaded in such a short time! I appreciated Malik's check ins on the job and the workers. They made a stressful move so much easier to deal with! I would use Diamond Moves again and will certainly pass along their information if someone needs a mover!

• I hired Diamond Movers on 2 different occasions. The first was May 13, 2023 OR-98a46da5, TJ and Kervin were very polite, respectful, asked questions about what needed to be moved. Took great care of the items that were moved. Worked very hard. My family and myself were extremely pleased with there work. Stated we would hire them again if need. They were TJ and Kervin. Well June 1, 2023, we needed them again. My mom asked if we could get the same to gentleman to help out this time. Again the gentleman did an excellent job, even helping put together a bed frame for my mom. Wonderful company, excellent workers. They communicate well with you about arrival time and what work is needed. Should I need help with moving again. I will be contacting this company.

• The movers themselves were great, handled the moving very professionally. We had some communication issues, the person that called the day before to coordinate the move didn't pass my information along to the movers so they went to a different part of the complex and I was unable to communicate with them. Luckily we got in contact after 45 minutes of the scheduled time and were able to complete the move in time.
