• The man is rude and very unprofessional. He does not know how to treat women. He got in my face and I almost quit moving very aggressive towards women. I felt unsafe. The other staff amazing. The job was hard due to professionalism. Then the owner of said group asked for a tip after being verbally abusive and making jokes about me. TipRespect people who give you all their hard earned money.

  Good morning ma'am. I'm so sorry to have this only one star review among all the 5 Stars that I have. The situation you described here has nothing to do with your gender. What happened that day was unfortunate. I was trying to explain to you how it was unsafe to pack your stuffs in the truck, the way you insisted me to do. When things break, it falls on us. I'm happy that, in your comment you didn't mention any breaks. The fact is that, you were already stressed after crashing the top front ( with a big damage) of that 20 feet truck by driving it straight(like a regular car) in your building parking garage with a 8 feet clearance. The impact was serious, and you were stressed because of that. We did a great job to you, all your stuff was secured in the truck.

• The team communicated with us clearly before and on the day of the move, and arrived as promised. They were very professional, careful with all of our items, assisted with dis-assembling and assembling furniture as needed, and just generally were exactly what we needed. They had to hike two flights of stairs on both ends, and just kept moving!
