The 2 men that arrived to help us didn’t only arrive 30 minutes early and when they did, they started to help right out of the gate. They very respectful, very efficient, very nice overall. These guys were awesome!! I felt so bad that it was extremely hot out and they just remained positive and professional anyway. They were very polite and moved at a great pace regardless of the heat. They packed the truck so well and carefully (super impressive actually!) and put everything exactly where it needed to go once we got to the new house. Definitely recommend them and worth every penny!

Devin and John were awesome. It was a hot day in Nashville and unbeknownst to us the elevator was out of service. The guys took it in stride and despite all the steps performed the move with a good attitude and professionalism. Took less time than I anticipated. Would not hesitate to use them again. Gave them an extra tip before leaving.

Our experience was great!! John and Devin were the ones helping me. We were unloading from a U-Haul into an apartment and they were very careful, helpful and awesome with my stuff. They were intentional with putting all my things where they go and I am so happy!!

The movers were great. Hard working guys that never stopped moving with a big move. Heat was no joke at above 90 degrees but they just kept moving. Extremely courteous - I would absolutely recommend them and use them again anytime!

JJ, Xander, and Devin were amazing!! They were organized, adaptable, and very detailed oriented. They were also very question heavy and did not make any mistakes. Also very accommodating to my request and time adjustments. Would totally recommend and will hire again if we ever move.

John and Devon worked hard and, for the most part, efficiently. As the four-hour move progressed, John became clearly frustrated and disrespectfully directed it toward me. When I pointed out that we had a small patio set, he said he really wish he’d known that earlier because when he starts planning a truck, he needs to know it all in advance. On another occasion, he knocked some mirrors over, and when I told him no biggie, he said that wasn’t the point. They shouldn’t have been sitting by an open doorway. Later, he questioned why I had not purchased TV boxes (I had moving blankets). He asked if we were moving into a bigger space because we had more stuff than he realized. They also almost forgot to load our clothes, and John appeared put out by my request to put potted plants in the truck. Devon was perfectly amicable throughout all of this. Overall, I would not use Chuck’s again because John escalated tensions during an already challenging time.

The men showed up 15 mins early and began working right away. They both Never stopped showing us respect and patience and always referred to us with a y es maam or a yes sir. JJ & Devin - Excellent movers! They were very careful with ALL our items and no dings on the walls. They have a ton of grit & nothing could slow them down, not even getting stuck in the elevator for an hour & being rescued by the fire department. They kept on trucking, carefully moving my stuff, even after the elevator malfunction. 10 out of 10

JJ and Devin were amazing. Showed up as scheduled and got right to work. Moving out of a 2 story house with 2 bedrooms as well as living room, dining room etc. They expertly loaded the 26’ U Haul truck cubing out the available space. (No damage noted when we unpacked everything). Highly recommend. JJ was part of the Chuck’s Master Movers crew who did my unload 4 years ago - they did so well I hired them again when I moved out.

These movers went up and beyond the call of duty. They unloaded our 20 ft truck, putting all furniture in the right spot, putting our beds together, taking away all our trash, and cleaning out our car. They were totally unbelievable! We used a company yesterday in Indy that earned 5stars from us. These guys, in comparison just weren't up to that level of service. They nearly dropped a bookcase. Their capability was questionable and had us nervous. It all worked out and nothing was broken, but we were nervous the entire time. Very different in comparison to the other experience.

If I could give them more than 5 STARS, I certainly would. The Duo of Mike and Mike(yes, seriously two guys named Mike) kept us up to date during the whole process. They had done an earlier job and thought it would be a minute before getting over to us with the travel distance. They arrived and got right to work unpacking our 26ft truck than we stuffed about every nook and cranny we could to move from WNY to KY. Our move was a bit unusual than their normal unloading. We had your normal household boxes but also had wood working, construction tools, livestock supplies and dog kennels. Luckily we have a walkout basement so most boxes and tools went there. The Mike duo were quick and efficient at moving our items. It was almost like the company where you point and miraculously the items disappear. If you’re in need of a moving service, I highly recommend the Duo Mike. Thanks again.

I placed the order for 2 helpers, 2 hours for unloading around 2AM the night before moving and was worried whether it will work out well. Early morning I received the phone call from MovingHelp confirming my order and we discussed the process and necessary details like time and address. They arrived at our new address earlier and gave me a phone call about it. Our helpers were Michael and Jason, they were friendly, polite, helpful and worked hard and fast but careful. They unloaded and brought up on the 3rd floor our fully packed 15' UHAUL truck in around 1,5 hrs. Summarized, everything was clearly communicated at the right time and perfectly done in time. These guys and the company are worth more than 5 stars and we highly recommend them if you need a moving help. If we would move again, we will definitely choose them again. They unloaded a full 16 foot Pod, plus a huge pile of about 100 boxes, kayaks, heavy file cabinets, shelving, deck furniture and various other bulky items onto a 26 foot Uhaul for us in about 3 hours! These guys were the muscle we needed for our move at a busy time of the year. We are grateful. This company was very inexperienced. They advertised professional movers, but it seems as though this business is operating out of their home with friends and family as employees. They were not able to move my furniture without damages. They damaged my walls, my ceiling on the staircase, my bedroom headboard, my chaise and my loveseat. The owner followed them around in her personal vehicle and it was a bit creepy if I must say so. I contacted the owner, but she holds no accountability for my loss. not only did I pay for their services, but I also have to pay for all the damages caused. I definitely would not every use this company again or recommend them to anyone. My tip for them would be to hire some real men instead of teenage boys, preferably ones with experience moving.

Kind and hard-working guys with loading. However, at the expense of my furniture’s condition. One of the first things I did was mention I had mats & rugs to cover where my furniture will touch, yet none were used between my items. I didn’t realize this until I was unloading, since I was inside finishing up packing while the furniture was being loaded. While unloading I noticed a hole in a table, a broken piece on couch, scuffs on my wooden dining room chairs, among other damages. It’s hard to say it is just from moving, when my precautions to keep scuffs from happening weren’t used.

Movers had car issues, and came over 6 hours later than scheduled. We had to move half of our own stuff, or we wouldn’t have had time. Our walls are beat up and scratched. I get that things happen, and they tried to make things right, but this was not good. Really disappointed with everything that happened yesterday. I would give a single star, but they were nice when they got here and did their best for the amount of time they were here (scheduled for 3 hours and only worked 1.5)

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! Knew before they came, there was a piano to move and still only sent 2 guys. Showed up on time moved a lot of the smaller items. Many phone and cigarette breaks. Tried twice to move the piano but faild at both attempts damaging my piano. I even went and bought a $40 set of shoulder straps for them. But they could not figure out how to use them. When their 3 hrs were up they stopped working and wanted the payment code. They were not finished but promised to come back on Monday to finish the move, but never showed up or called. Leaving a cedar chest, and several other large pieces to move. I am 64 and disabled, my wife is 71 and disabled and my nephew who is a 50 yo disabled Navy vet and his 15 yo son, finished unloading the truck. NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY. What a horrible experience!

John and Jeff were our movers and ended up being able to unload our entire house. This was the first time I'd ever seen movers run back and forth between the house and moving truck. The biggest nightmare ever. Took 8 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment and some boxes and small furniture in my one car garage. They did not pack the truck correctly and just crammed things in the end. They dropped and ruined many of my items. Many boxes were upside down and opened when the truck was unpacked. Dropped almost every piece of furniture in dirt. 2 chairs broken, one sofa table broken, white couch filthy (even though I had it all covered with furniture pads and wrap). I gave advance notice of very heavy adjustable king bed and one of the movers was not capable of the job - strength or ability. Most stressful day of any of my many moves. I would have been better off giving away my furniture as most of it is ruined.

I chose this company because of the ratings and the feedback and I'm not happy, I was asked at the beginning if there was anything specific I wanted done I said it all needed to be moved and not to break anything. First thing out the gate my dresser was busted. Then my full-length mirror was dropped and broken. Then my baker's rack was beaten with a hammer it won't go back together. The young kid was nice but wanted to talk more than he wanted to work. The other guy worked his tail off. But, I paid for two helpers and got one and a half-assed worker. I should have paid my husband and the other guy. Everything was loaded and unloaded as I asked but still feel a little out of sorts.

Also removed the protective plastic from a mattress because it made the mattress hard to move and then proceeded to drag on the floor. I tipped the movers onsite. The two movers bickered with each other during the loading process. I'm not sure if they haven't worked with each other in the past, but they were not on the same page on how they wanted to load the truck or move stuff out of the house. I forgot their names, the shorter of the two gentlemen was easy to work with and kept the process moving the taller of the two gentlemen complained the whole time and I probably would have asked him to leave had it not been for the shorter of the two gentlemen working with me on how and what I want loaded into the truck.

We were scheduled for the morning slot and I didn't hear from the company and I reached out and was notified that they had a team cancel. We had flexibility for the afternoon and they were delayed again and showed up just before 5 pm, which caused us to cancel another event. The movers were struggling with our furniture and my husband had to help, they dinged one of the dressers and scuffed the wall. We had movers the day before at our departure location from a different company and it was night and day service that we received and we were not pleased with this moving company. I was able to move my scheduled appt time back an hour which was no problem, but the movers were an additional hour late. They did not use a dolly but were able to get all of my things into a storage unit, and then drove to my apartment to unload my remaining boxes. Overall they did well.

They never called me on that day, so I called them back on 6/2 after 9AM, their business hour start, and left a voice message to call me back for confirming the order and schedule the specific time with my phone number. I called them back again around 10:30AM because they did not follow up, and the call went to the voice message again. Overall, I would recommend this service. They were half an hour late to get to us but called to say they would be late. However, by that point they were already 15 minutes late. Otherwise the guys hustled, were very polite and respectful, and got the job done in the time allotted.

They did an absolutely great job! My stairs are very tricky to get around, and they managed to get everything moved without a scratch, and very quickly. I would definitely hire them again!

Friendly and efficient even with stairs and a long walk. Got the 26ft truck unloaded and to a 2nd floor apartment in 3 hours with 3 guys.

They define professional - very efficient, took directions well about what needs to be moved and where it needs to go, handled my large tv, paintings, plants well, considerate about my pets.

I ordered two helpers, yet three showed up. They took no breaks, working hard for three and a half hours to finish the move. They moved all the heavy, awkward stuff. Fast, competent, a great value!

Great service all around. The office contacted me sereral times to let me know the status of the worker's arrival time. The workers were very courteous and experienced in the moving process.

These guys arrived promptly, and took care of all the boxes and items quickly and extra, extra carefully (including large electronics I couldn't pack myself). Very satisfied and highly recommend!!

Though we had trouble withh U-Haul pickup, the moving helpers were patient and accommodating. No charge for their time until the truck arrived,and they were professional and caring . Highest ratings!
