• Marco and Ronnie did a great job. This was the second time I have used Endeavor Moving and they are fast, helpful and professional. They even rearranged the boxes to have more room available. • Was nervous to use the service after previous reviews, But the two men came early and helped move everything into my apartment very quickly! They didn’t waste any time - and as soon as the job was finished they left. Didn’t even use the entire two hours , we probably finished in less than an hour. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area. 10 out of 10 !

• The Good - Did a great job getting our furniture up the stairs, which was the primary reason I hired them. Communication was good prior to arrival. The Bad - Had confirmed start time of 8AM, but they showed up at 840AM. Showed up reeking of smoke and had to air out the home.

• The guys that did my move were professional, effective and very courteous. Very happy with the actual work. However they were nearly 30 minutes late. I received no phone calls warning me that it would be late. And I tried to call and text to find out if they were going to show up and I was not able to reach anybody. I understand that they probably have clients before me that may be running late, but communication is paramount. I was in a tight deadline today with the truck rental and the move window and not knowing if these guys were going to show up it was very stressful.

• The mover contacted me the day before my move and told me they were unable to unload my moving truck since Texas City was out of their range. I tried to reduce the amount of hours of help to 2 hours for just loading but was not able to do this through the U haul website or through the moving company. They then told me they removed me from the schedule completely.

• Got it all done within an hour, just to unload a small POD. Very quick, which was great. Sometimes they would carry furniture on top of fragile boxes, which caused them to bend on top. • The guy I spoke with over the phone, less than 24 hours of needing movers, told me I am out of their coverage zone and asked for more money. I had already paid for the service 4 days prior, plenty of time to let me know this. When I told him this situation is ridiculous, he went on a long yelling rant and told me to call Uhaul to cancel the order that he can't do anything for me and he won't do anything for me since I said it's ridiculous. I was shaken up by the phone call, I hung up on him and called Uhaul to tell them what just happened to me. It was awful! Now, in less than a day I to find a new moving company! I said it was ridiculous because he asked what was the latest they could come out (if I paid him more money of course). I told him I pick the Uhaul up at 8am, and I don't want the truck just sitting in my driveway all day doing nothing. Plus, I would like the job done before it gets too hot outside. Because of that, he flipped!
