• Seemed to take longer than I had thought it should. Paid for extra discounted hour. They gave me some straps that was needed. Nothing broke! But box of clearly marked laundry soap was thrown on sideways to fill a gap and spilt all over many items.

• They were extremely rough with our stuff at times. The movers were horrible at loading. The heaviest items (e.g. appliances) were the last on the truck. I had to reload myself, since it was mess.
