Joe (the owner) and his helper both showed up smelling extremely strongly of alcohol. If this had been a move at my home I would’ve felt so uncomfortable as a single woman that I would have turned them away. However, I was removing things from a storage unit so there were other people around. They did not act intoxicated since they were still able to do a good job moving my furniture. It is still very unprofessional to drink like that before a job.

Im sorry you feel that way Christy we definitely did NOT drink alcohol before your move. I have never ever in my 11+ yrs in the moving business drink before a move. You kept getting in the way on the truck, super close to my helper and bumping into him so that's probably when you smelled that. I stayed at my cousin's (helper) house the night before and we watched the big primetime Monday Night Football game Lions at Ravens and we had a few beers during the game. You did say we did a good job moving your furniture and we didnt act intoxicated (because we weren't). So thank you for that. Again my sorry you had to deal with that funky smell, besides that im glad the move went good.

Joe and Drew went above and beyond to unload our poorly packed truck. Unfortunately, the packers we used in Texas did a horrible job and destroyed a lot of our furniture. Joe and Drew unpacked a poorly packed truck and didn't so much as nick a piece of our furniture. They were extremely kind and empathetic to our situation. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys! Outstanding service!

I texted you to let you know we was running a few minutes behind. Plus you wasn't ready when we arrived. Nobody wandered we had a main floor, up stairs, and a basement. Had to wander to find you a few times. My helpers son is 13 years old and was fine being on his phone. He could actually help with smaller items if allowed. The guys were fairly slow and my husband had to keep prodding them to get moving. They did a good job, but we hired them for 3 hours and they still didn’t finish a simple load. Everything was in the garage and living room, so I really think they had time.

The customer was dramatic and up tight because the house was sold same day. We were rushed and that makes it difficult when loading. We have to be careful with things and for safety. We have to look around for different size pieces to fit everything properly. Takes time wrapping and piecing items on truck. This move was the most stressful out of any one I've ever done in the 5 years of service. Took extra hours because you had truck parked in road due to the driveway being on an up slant. So traveling with items of course is gonna take extra time. The customer was rude and inconsiderate but we stuck through it.

We used every blanket, you didn't provide enough. Trailor was oversized and we can't control what happens when theirs a lot of extra space. We're sorry for any minor damage the drive may have caused.

the movers were very fast and willing to work with us, however, they wrecked a very expensive entertainment center, did not use enough blanket type pads to cover it, laid it on its side and destroyed

We always try to use as many pads as possible. You were traveling from MI to Wisconsin. We can't guarantee items won't be damaged during transport. We are extremely sorry that the stand was damaged.

They did not load the truck properly at the start of the job and then had to reload. When I arrived with the truck and we started to unload at the storage location. Almost every peice was damaged

We try to maximize space as much as possible,and sometimes that requires rearranging items in the truck to maximize said space. Told customer that everything might not fit,she told us to try our best.

Joe and Nick worked diligently to move a large sofa and chair through a narrow door. They did not give up until they found the right angle. They also carefully wrapped everything in the truck.
