• Never reached out to us to confirm anything. We had to contact them four times before we got a confirmation the night before. I paid for 3 movers for 3 hours and we got like 2.5 movers. They brought a woman who was sitting down large parts of the move. We even had 4 other family or friends helpers. We went over an hour and they wanted the rate but we got them to take less because the 3rd person didn’t do much (my MIL did more). We really needed help as I am 33 weeks pregnant and shouldn’t have to do all this. They at least stayed another hour for more pay even though we didn’t truly get three movers for 3 hours. Next time I’ll just book a more professional service outside of this platform.

  How can you call someone half a person because she is a girl and i still gave you a discount even though i did not agree on your statement about her we work our butts off even though you said there were no stairs and it was second floor on both sides please read the rest of my reviews as you cant please everyone but the reviews all together speaks for its self

• These guys were THE BEST to work with. With 90 degree heat and humidity, monsoon raining, electricity going out and a tornado within 1 mile they kept going, protected my belongings and were masters at getting all of my belongings in the truck. When we got to the new house, they unloaded the truck, moved everything into the rooms I requested and worked tirelessly. They were polite, accommodating and so helpful.

• I was called about my move the day I booked the movers. Lee and his brother arrived only a couple minutes late and quickly got started. They had dollys, moving straps, and moved items out systematically for efficient packing. My 2 bedroom 1 bath took 3 hours to move out. My things were packed well and did not shift during the 250 mile drive. They also used their ropes and a couple moving blankets to secure and protect my items in the Uhaul.

• Lee The MACHINE! Lee once again did an incredible job. I used him about 5 weeks ago to move out of my house and so I used him again and he was even better. We have a new build house and he was so careful. Not a scratch on my walls or my stuff. Use him! Even if you have to wait an extra day or two because he is booked up. He is worth it! If you don’t, you will regret it!

• Our 2-man moving crew was awesome! Our main contact, Lee, kept us updated with their arrival time and they were even able to arrive a little early per our request. We had a few larger pieces of furniture that required taking a door off in order to fit through it. It was no problem at all. Lee had it off in record time and re-secured it afterwards. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it in the house and even re-assembled our bed for us. Can't recommend Neighborhood Professionals enough. We will definitely use them for future moves and refer them to friends and family in the area.

• These guys were great! They worked so hard the entire time and were super nice. I had a shelving unit that looked like it was going to fit, but as they started taking it down the stairs, it was just barely too big. They look the top shelf apart very quickly and then put it all back together. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did.

• If you are reading these reviews. STOP and get these guys! They go above and beyond when they work and make sure everything you have is handled with care. • I had an outstanding experience with my two Moving Helpers during my move on Feb. 4. Both of them were very professional, got the job done quickly, and kept all of my belongings safe and secure. Even when I encountered an issue with the storage unit we were moving to, they were incredibly patient and helped me navigate any obstacles that were thrown my way. I would definitely hire Moving Help again.
