I wasn’t on site, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. They even sent me pictures! Very accommodating, they shrink wrapped two items for no extra charge.   • Stephon called an hour prior to arrival, he came in with greeting smiles and asked what I'd like done 1st. I'm 9 months pregnant and he was truly understanding and went right to work, he didnt mind i just sat and mainly watched him work, packing a few boxes here and there At first I was worried because he was by himself and it's 2 flights of stairs, and my furniture is heavy. But I put my trust in him and he did absolutely did not disappoint. No damages whatsoever to any of my furniture. He even organized and packed the truck up professionally if i ever did see. He was quick on his feet, and got the job done in no time. So if your looking for someone who is not only over the top friendly, but a hard worker as well I'd recommend this company and especially Stephon. I could not be happier with the service provided. And hope my review will help along with my referrals to those who may need help moving.

  • When makin the order, I did not expect Deante to reach out to me as quickly. That was a pleasant surprise! Didnt feel rushed or anything like i have in the past when hiring other movers. I hired them for the day to help with a dump haul and to move some stuff out from a storage into a truck that was indeed very nerve wracking for me. They kept me in the loop on their arrival time and where i live traffic is always and i mean always an issue but Deante made sure to let me know what time they would show up. They handled everything amazing!! As stressed and worried I was they made sure to make me feel better. No matter how hot it was and how they were lifting things they still managed to keep a great customer service smile!   • The good. nothing stolen, truck did not tip over after loading. The bad. terrible use of space. Heavy stuff crushing fragile labeled boxes. All furniture was damaged in various ways despite protective coverings. Matress scraped, table wood has split, dresser nobs bent and screws busted. Computer table scraped and dented. I tipped them well in cash because they worked hard. It’s unfortunate they did a shit job and I only discovered it as I was unloading the next day. Definitely were not mindful of space, or cared to protect furniture despite having supplies to wrap and guard.

  • The two movers we had were awesome. They worked very hard and got everything unpacked in the allotted time. However, they did not have a hand truck and I had to go purchase one in order for the unpacking to happen faster. How does a company send movers that aren't prepared with a hand truck?

  • I honestly wish I had just had my friends help. Huge chunks were taken out of the wall, not all the furniture pads were used when moving things. I had to go back and add some after they left to furniture that had contact or had drawers sliding open. I am nervous to see what state things are in when I get to my destination. I had to leave some items because the way it was packed would not allow for them to be safely stowed. They kept forgetting big things as they were loading like my desk or other items I had already said needed to go. Just overall seemed a bit disorganized, but they did get almost all if it in the truck in very hot weather.

The only thing I noticed - heavy boxes/totes were placed on top of smaller/lighter boxes/totes, including a box that was not fully shut and labeled “FRAGILE”. That risk upset me, but nothing was broken so all is well.

    not true. The 2 guys i sent you have never recieved nothing less than 5 stars. You hired to movers to load a 26 ft truck and a 15ft. You expected them to do it in 3 hours when that was a 6 to 8hr job. You didnt even pay in full for the additional 4hrs.

  • I hired 3 movers but 2 only work one guy texted and slacked the whole time would not recommend this company to anyone they scratched my furniture they were very inexperience they didnt care.
