• On the day of the move, somehow, the phone numbers were mixed up with Chase Movers which caused confusion in confirming arrival time. Upon arrival, despite injuries to one worker, the crew went to work with strong effort. University Movers were very responsive and did good work.

• The movers packed my items improperly. The did not fully use the blankets I rented between pieces of furniture as requested. Several of my pieces of furniture have deep scratches in them from rubbing together. I'd say half of my furniture has been damaged. I would avoid Speedy Movers.

• Time wise they did great. Packing was good for the most part however they stacked heavy boxes on top of shelves and the shelving was destroyed. They told us to file a claim & get the damage appraised.

• They arrived on time and got the truck loaded rapidly. The only downside was they didn't use as many of the furniture cushions. Some of the furniture got scuffs on it (nothing permanent).
