• Movers were friendly. One was stronger and able to lift heavier things which is why we hired movers, while the other one carried stuff we could do ourselves. However one spent a lot of time chit chatting with everyone in the building, they took smoke breaks, and took more breaks at the end seemingly to extend the time when they realized we were way ahead of schedule as we had booked them for longer than we actually needed as my partner and I ended up helping them out too. However they were on time, got the job done, were nice and didn’t break anything so we are still happy overall

  Thanks for your appreciation. We are human, not machine. We moved you into an apartment on the 3th floor with no elevator. The temperature with 27 degree with a heat factor of 35. Lot of your boxes was very heavy (50 pound) Normal people take break to drink some water.

• This is the least professional moving help I have ever experienced. Only one person showed up for the move despite multiple communication has been exchanged via text about time and place prior to the move. The end result, my furniture was damaged and the helper refused to send any text confirming the damage for the compensation he promised. Many of the bulkier items were dragged on the ground unnecessarily causing additional cleaning, and probably scratches I had to deal with after the move. Many excuses were given by this one helper, including last minute cancellation by crew members, the ways the 'loading' process was done, even passive aggressively saying wait 6 hours later for others to show up or I do what I can and some passerby will help. But the reality was, if there were two people showing up for the job, all of the damages could have been avoided. He eventually asked his brother to help to unload and move the big items, but the damage was already done and cannot be reversed.

  The loading of your truck was not done by experienced movers. You mentioned to me that the movers you used in USA refused to use rope to secure the load. I noticed and showed to you that stuff had shifted in the truck. Also some of the furniture were not cover with protective blanket, like your couch. I show up in person while waiting for my team partner to arrive. Andy you decided to allow the janitor to start the job with me. Our team have close to 2000 jobs on the moving help platform.
