• This was my worst moving experience. Initially, they did not contact me and ignored my texts for days. But they showed up. I thought I had lots of stuff and wondered if Ubox would fit them and the guy boss said maybe we will see. He then took the boxes, and some easy furniture down. They literally tried to take only the light- not heavy stuff. Then they told me there was not enough space. Funny they asked if my couches were a priority mid-way through the move. I insisted they put in the rest of the furniture, argued that the boxes first was a bad idea. But they ignored my requests and left. They just tossed things there with no organization skills. I literally had to visit uhaul the next day and fit the rest myself including; a bookcase, table, desk chair, kitchen appliances, wall decors, etc.. so there was a space! I had to sell a couple others. I wish I could tell you maybe you can guide them through the loading, but I tried and even then they did not do my requests.

That puts me in a bind to find someone today for a move tomorrow. These guys are way too unprofessional to work with and should not be allowed to get jobs from any reputable sights

• Dan and Steve(I think…sorry) were thorough, paid attention to detail and listened well. There’s was confusion or what may have been poor communication from there boss that it was a load and unload job. Ultimately it all worked out and thankfully the unload wasn’t as complicated do to one level home

They finally returned my call after I had friends come over to help to inform me that they were running very late and likely wouldn't arrive until late evening.
