This was a nightmare They were suppose to arrive at 9 am larry called me on Friday to tell me they would be arriving sat at 9 am they did not show. I called four times starting at 7 am to confirm again the 9 am time when they did not show up I called uhaul and spoke with Jordan and she transferred me to the movers help where I was told via automation my wait time was over an hour. I went onto chat with us where Sharon sent an emergency email to the movers and he finally called me back at after 12 saying he lost track of time and could be there in an hour and 15 min. Showed up at one thirty and they were nice but complained I had stairs. They moved very slow and kept taking breaks and with an hour left to go they said we are just going to put everything downstairs. So now I have to move the stuff upstairs. the entire 3 hrs I was a mover and it nearly killed me bc he says he was tired from doing field work all day. It was the worst experience. I want to be refunded.

You are a Complete Liar. You were scheduled on the 17th and switched to same day service for the 16th. Because you arrived in town a day earlier. I accommodated the last-minute schedule change. YOU were the one who said to put the rest of your items downstairs cause you lost your job and could not afford to pay anything past two hours. we also took NO breaks other than to grab a quick drink in the Florida heat. Last but least you had nothing, but Garbage filled with roach and mouse droppings completely disgusting. If I wasn't trying to accommodate you, I would have walked away. Future reference If you want your next move to be cheaper stop being a hoarder. Typical person that wants your garbage moved for free. would not be surprised if you gave your loading team a 1-star review. Have a nice day.

Jason and crew were terrific! They even came back after another move and helped to unload. The piano delivery and placement in our new home was perfect! We originally scheduled with another company but they didn’t respond so we had to find someone else to move us last minute with a piano! Jason worked us right into his schedule. Chris and Michael were awesome. It was raining on and off and they made sure they kept everything dry. They packed the truck very tightly which helped and getting everything to our home 5 and 1/2 hours away safely. I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the work that was done. They arrived on time and complete loading my truck in less time then I expected. Since I was travelling across the state, I was very pleased with the care and effort that was taken to load my furniture to make sure it did not shift during my drive.

The 2 man crew worked efficiently for my 2 hrs. They were flexible with the unloading due to a issue belonging to the memory care center. Very helpful. I will call them again next time I need to move furniture. I have recommended them to my friends.
