• Mark and his crew were amazing! They helped my elderly mother and I pack her 3-bedroom ranch into 3 U-Haul containers headed to Alaska. She’s an artist with lots of fragile stuff, and they treated everything with care and understanding. Showed up on time, super friendly, worked fast, and got it all done with time to spare. I’d use them again in a heartbeat—highly recommend!

• Lot of wooden pieces of furniture were not wrapped which caused rubbing and deeply damaged the bedroom suit furniture. Couch was not wrapped at all. Front coat rack furniture wasn't taken apart like I asked it to be and it 1 hook was ripped out completely and the bottom cross bar snapped.

  We used all pads provided, 4 bundles of rope for tying off. everything we COULD COVER was, and then customer smashed the truck into a large curb and shook it like earthquake. Cant plan for that!

We are not permitted to stack items if it will cause damage to them. We are happy that all your items arrived with no damages thanks to our technique.
