Showed up over two hours late, dropped the first thing they brought in denting my fridge. Took breaks after almost every trip down the one flight of steps to the U-Haul. I unloaded a bunch of stuff myself while they were here because they were taking forever each time they went back to the truck and I had stuff to do. I have moved 12 times and used moving services multiple times, this was sub par service for sure.

They sent one younger gentleman who busted his butt. Literally moved 99 percent of our items by himself. The other gentleman was far too advanced in age to still be moving furniture. He arrived then spent 20 mins in our bathroom before going to the truck to stack boxes. He then kept answering his phone during the move, causing additional delays. Had to pay for additional hours to finish our scope of work that would not have been necessary if they had sent two movers of the same caliber as the younger gentleman. Unfortunate.

Huffy's movers canceled 3 hrs before their arrival window. They had me schedule them for the next day, and they were a no call, no show. I called to ask where they were, and the person said my name was not anywhere in their system. They said they would have the manager call me back. I got one call where I picked up the phone on the first ring and then they immediately hung up. I tried calling back immediately and was sent to a Google voice inbox. After that I wasn't able to reach anyone else. They completely ghosted us, and we weren't able to find any other company to unload us on Sunday. This experience has been an absolute nightmare.

Arrived nearly 2 hours late. In the rush to complete the service, most of my wooden furniture was scratched or chipped. While the people were very friendly, the lack of professionalism shows.

After moving my stuff into a storage unit, the movers did not lock the unit properly and it remained unlocked and open for almost 5 days until I was notified.

I am sorry that the storage unit was left unlocked but it is not the movers job to lock your storage unit when you are there, I am just glad nothing was missing.

Tarek and hi crew were great! They successfully moved a queensize sleeper sofa out of the basement . They unloaded the truck from across the street as construction trucks and equipment blocked house.

Could not find house. Car broke down and we had to go get them. One worker was exhausted after lifting one sofa. They did not bring any equipment. Packing was haphazard. We had to help with loading.

I think customer may have got us mixed up with another company the packing and loading company. Huffys only unloaded the truck and none of own vehicles broke down.
