• Movers were one and a half hours late, I was not informed of the change until I callback when they didn’t show up. They were very slow moving, my friends and I actually moved everything out into the hall to make it easier for them to get items to the truck, I had a friend on the truck packing so all the movers had to do was cart it to the truck from the 2 nd floor. I dismissed them 30 minutes early from the original 2 hour rental. Would not recommend.

• Team left multiple scuffs and scratches on several walls of my brand new home. Team had no tools like straps or dollies, lost several screws to my bedframe. Very little attention seemed to be paid to the best way to handle my belongings.

• Do not use these people! They broke several pieces of furniture, scratched and dented our walls all up and backed the freaking uhaul into our house and caused damage on a house we close on tomorrow morning. And did nothing about it! I would give zero stars if I could

Cedric and I set up a time in advance & talked through everything that needed done & was able to make recommendations for the morning to go smoother. The team showed up on time. They were professional, polite, and most of all, hardworking. They made moving all of our belongings look easy. Even on a very hot day, they kept at it & got the job done well. • Would not recommend. They banged my walls throughout my brand new home. A random woman was with them and walked up without notice. I booked for 3 hours to unload - they only used 2. Asked who I assume to be the owner and he suggested letting them stay to work around the house smh! We used two hours, I'd like to be charged for two hours. Stated he was unable to give a refund but said I needed to go through website to get the difference back. NO SUCH THING. I called him to work this out and he stated he would call me back to further discuss. Of course no call and now having to dispute with my credit card company. Crazy how these people will steal your money. DO NOT USE.

• Appointment was at 1030 they arrived 1120 Movers was nice . Dresser drawer got broken owners mother who was the transportation for the movers got so very unprofessional and started fussing and raising her voice about the reason they broke my Dresser drawer I was shocked how she spoke to me very very rude . She had a attitude when first got there and it stayed that way . Cedric the owner never called to apologize about my item being broken or even texted me when he had my contact information.. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for your anything if you want your precious items handled with care this is DEFINITELY not the company . There where other problems unloading at the storage unit . Keep looking for another company and always call for references.

• Overall good experience. Let me know when I booked he had a job before mine and that team might be late. Ran a bit behind, but called when on way. Team of four showed up and moved items in quickly following wife's directions. Heavy sofa bed and desk went up one flight of stairs along with mattress, book shelves, and boxes of books. Glad they had more than two to get items up. Also moved in heavy treadmill, tables, and sofas. Very friendly and moved everything in without complaint. I would use them again.

• These people do not need to be in the moving business. First of all, they were almost 2 hours late. Which in return made the receiving end late. Which of course meant more money from us. Then they had no clue how to load a truck. Heavy items they dropped and dragged onto the truck. Then just threw items up in there, especially towards the end. Nice people, however will never never ever Recommend. There were also damages to some of our items that we have reported. Do not use these folks! Terrible!!!!!

• Moving helper did not show up at agreed time. I texted them after 15 minutes and did not receive a response for another 15 minutes (making it 30 minutes after the agreed time). They told me they had a problem with their truck and would be another 30 or 45 minutes. I told them not to bother coming as I would do the loading myself. An hour later they texted me again saying they were available. I informed them that the loading was already completed.
