• Christian and her team did a fabulous job loading 2 large Uhaul trucks with some very awkward pieces. We arrived with everything intact and undamaged. I completely underestimated the time needed to pack the truck when I booked the reservation. The team did a great job getting it done in spite of challenges put forth by the manager at the Uhaul storage facility. I provided a tip for the crew directly. Thank you Elite Moving for handling our things with such care and doing a fantastic job packing the truck. I hired this Elite because of the reviews noting the care taken in packing the truck. Other reviews were not wrong. I have moved a lot and I know the importance of taking time to lock things in so they don't shift. This is especially important for long distance moves like we had. We were blessed to have hired Elite Moving.

• The experience started out poor due to arrival 4-5 hrs late and limited communication. Apparently there was a family emergency and difficultly bringing in backups. Once they arrived they worked hard and did a great job with a positive attitude.
