Used them for loading. They brought 2 dollys but I didnt realize loading didnt involve any wrapping of furniture which was disappointing. Overall a fine job. They were efficient and he even asked me in advance to get perimeter rope so that he could secure our belongings in the truck.

They were flexible and able to meet me to do an unload a little earlier than originally scheduled which worked out phenomenally for me. Very slow movers. One of them looked like he had a bad back, which contributed to turtle pace. Took twice as long as it should’ve, and cost twice as much accordingly. Additionally many of my items were damaged based on how they packed it. Nice people but if you want efficiency and quality work, avoid these movers.

They were absolutely excellent. I had issues with getting my budget truck and I had to push back the time by 2.5 hours and they were SO accommodating. Jose and his team did a fantastic job unloading our UPACK trailer, working tirelessly for several hours to get it done. They were super flexible when our starting time shifted to later in the day than originally planned, had the foresight to bring an extra person to make it go faster, and stayed later in order to get the job done. They were super communicative leading up to the moving day, did a great job moving everything up to the third floor of our building, they were all very nice, and even helped to try and fix some furniture that got damaged in transit (we came all the way from MA to CA). We really appreciate all of their hard work!

I watched and heard them drop several of my things. I have not finished unpacking yet and I am worried they broke things. They were not careful at all. They also used my bathroom at least twice, maybe more when I was not home, even though I had the door taped shut to block it. They did not ask me if they could use it and I would have declined and directed them to one of the 12 public restrooms in our community. I will be opening a case to dispute the payment if I find anything broken. I was shocked at how careless they were handling my things.

I apologize for using the bathroom without asking you, you weren't around when we needed to use it (bathroom wasn't taped shut). As for your claim that we were careless with your stuff, I strongly disagree we always handle other's stuff like if they were ours. That's why we wrapped your furniture with blankets. Furthermore, when we were finished loading you praised us and stated that you were going to send us a tip. So I was surprised by your review.

His Tetris skills were top-notch and made sure not to leave any empty space inside the truck box. This is a tough one as in many ways they did what was asked of them but not the most communicative team and unfortunately very slow. I appreciate their desire to protect and being methodical but there was no urgency, what should have taken 2-3 hours wasn't done after the 4 hours purchased.
