• I went ahead and gave five stars but I’m not happy that he told me he was bringing an extra guy but did not inform me that meant I would only get two hours instead of the three hours I paid for. He told me we were out of time and I said it’s only been two hours and that’s when he advised me that he brought and extra guy. I said so that negates my three hours and he said yes and began saying that he’s already losing money and was complaining right in front of me and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. That is extremely unprofessional. It made me not want to tip because that was just so rude to do to me. However I did tip because I knew that was the right thing to do and Mark helped me a lot with some issues I was having with the move that was caused by U-Haul. Overall I do recommend Mark and his team. They are fast and efficient and Mark was very helpful and communicated very well throughout the process. Tip was paid in cash to Mark.

• I need to tell you what just with the two men crew (which all I could afford) that guy knows what he's talking about! He knows what he's doing! His helper was just as fast I am beyond pleased after this day started with a total possible disaster of another moving companies making. Thank you and my tears are Happy (smile face)! • King Moving is KING!! Mark and Tommy were absolutely amazing! They have integrity, knowledge in efficiency and worked very hard and had to wrap all of my new furnitire that I just didn’t have time to do. They did it very well and went above and beyond to make sure it was well-protected. They even had 2 flights of stairs and several yards to where my Uboxes had to be parked, and Mark didn’t charge any extra for any of that, stating that’s what they do ! I couldn’t believe how fast they were either, considering the stairs and extra walk back and forth! Process is extremely reasonable for such great service! You don’t need to pay more, thinking you’ll get better service! Great service! Great price! I booked him the day before the service and his communication was great!

• The movers did not listen to my request for distribution and load balancing of heavy furniture and boxes in the tandem axle trailer. Instead they placed most of the weight in the front, and placed heavy boxes up high on top of much lighter boxes that were crushed during the move. The heavy front load caused issues with the trailer diving too much in the front, making the rear of the tow vehicle sag, and reduced steering and breaking performance. The movers seemed more interested in cramming items into the trailer haphazardly in an effort to finish early rather than purposeful loading.

• The communication was great, I received a text almost a week prior to needing their help loading my truck for my move. When they arrived, on time, they got straight to work and loaded everything they could into the truck. We weren't able to get everything in the truck as I found out that day I had too many things and they let me know once the truck was about half filled which gave me some time to find a way to store the extra things and figure out what was more of a priority. Overall these guys are great and I'd hire them again. They were hired for 4 hours and got the truck loaded in less than 3. Even the movers hired to unload the truck said it was loaded properly.

• The movers were fast and efficient. They were supposed to arrive at 930am but did not arrive until around 1015am. Texted at 930 to advise running late. We had movers scheduled on the other end for a specific time. Although they got sone in time it felt rushed and they did not pay attention to detail on how they packed. When pointing out that part of a bed frame was pressing into an uncovered part of leather couch, we were met with attitude and argument which seemed unprofessional. Over all, they were good and price was fair. They did also say that we had to pay for the hours booked whether we used them or not and U-Haul said that is not true. I could have called and they issue a new payment code for time used but I didn’t know that.

• They moved quickly to get everything into the truck, moved our 2 bed apartment in about 1.25 hours as opposed to 2 full hours. They definitely sacrificed some of the safety aspects for the sake of speed, and we did find a decent amount of scratches and damage on furniture when unpacking due to where they packed stuff (i.e. heavy boxes placed directly on top of washer caused it to be dented.
