• Very basic labourers provided, they were not "movers". I had to ask them multiple times to wrap things in blankets, which they only started listening after the damaged something. They loaded the Uhaul in a way that ultimately lead to major cosmetic damage to a book case worth more than 2x the amount

• Preppers showed up about 45 minutes late today wreaking of drugs, so bad we had to open the garage and the patio door to air out the house. Their boss confirmed with me last night that what I needed from his guys wouldn't be a problem. He called me today about an hour after they had started to tell me they have 0 experience padding and wrapping furniture...(that's what I confirmed with him they could do last night). He told me he would come supervise to ensure it would go well today. In my head, I know this means efficiency is going to be severely lacking today. About 2 hours later he calls me to tell me he's not there and that he has to come pick up one of his guys and take him to a doctor appointment, at this point I'm just trying to get the job done, he assures me he will replace the guy going to the doctor and finish the job out himself(we're about 3.5 hours into an 8 hour booking). I get back around 2pm to find a damaged cabinet that had been taken downstairs without being wrapped
