• TN Valley Movers did a great job unloading my U-Haul truck. They were fast and efficient. They responded to all my requests. They even brought fell pads for the bottom of my furniture to be sure my furniture moved easily and left no marks on the floor. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I would definitely use TN Valley Movers again and would recommend them to you for your next move.

• TN Valley Movers confirmed the move right away and made note of an address change. They also confirmed morning of and added a third mover even though we only paid for two. They were fast and efficient, polite and communicative, and they followed instructions clearly, finishing well before the time allotted. Before they left, they helped clean up the truck as well as put furniture pads on our dining table without asking. Would definitely use them again, highly recommended!

• The crew worked nonstop for 4 hours and even worked through a thunderstorm and pouring rain. They were polite, extremely professional and truly care about their job. We were unloading a 28’ container to a brand new construction with white walls. They did not leave any marks and made any dents on the wall for the whole duration of four hours. I could not even believe it since I have never had any movers achieved this on our three moves last year. Extremely happy with them.

They did call, but not until about ten minutes prior to when they were originally scheduled to arrive and then informed us they would be about an hour and a half late. When they did finally arrive, they struggled to follow and execute simple directions. We certainly way over paid for the poor quality of service and the dismal experience. I would definitely NOT recommend hiring this outfit!

• The worst movers I've ever hired. After 3 hours of loading the truck for a 700 sq ft apartment and $360, they told me they couldn't fit my 5x7 storage in the truck. The plan was to move my apartment and storage from day one they were told this. They said they didn't load the truck right to fit the storage. I said reload it then he said that'll take two more hours. I had to meet the other movers at my new address so no that wasn't a good idea. Why would I pay you for two more hours since you didn't load the truck right? Isn't that your job to know how to load the truck? So I had to leave my storage stuff and drive to my new home with not all my things. Now have to rent another truck and drive back!! Leaving too late to meet the other movers I slept on the floor that night. They apologized and said they'd load my storage for free when I drive all the way back to finally complete the job. Now they don't answer their phone or texts. I want my money back. Terrible experience.

• Not sure I could recommend these folks. Took too long to unload a truck that was loaded in under 3 hours in Atlanta. Ripped vinyl flooring in hallway and only resolution so far is "get an estimate".
