• Our move took longer than estimated, so we very much appreciated the team’s willingness to work additional hours that day. We did have a few scrapes on our wood floor and on some furniture so we were disappointed about that.

• They loaded the moving truck. They did not adequately pad, carefully move, or thoughtfully stack things. Multiple pieces of furniture arrived broken and scratched. A box was crushed. One mover also complained constantly.

Our buildings elevator broke literally the night before our move but they were STILL able to get us taken care of in under two hours (not an easy task given we’re on the third floor) Super friendly and would highly recommend! • Excellent job! They moved our entire 2 bedroom apartment into a 15 foot U-Haul in the pouring rain without complaining. The team strategized the best way to stack our pieces to maximize the space of our vehicle and had it moved within an hour. I am so impressed! I highly recommend them!

• Walter and his crew (all family) were absolutely amazing! They were on time (early actually), did a walk through, got their game plan together, and went to work. They were very courteous, communicated well, and took great care of our stuff. They were also very personable, my wife and I enjoyed our experience with them. Our job was not small! It was a local move of a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house, with a basement and a garage. They know how to move! If you’re in need of a mover, Silent Movers is the ONLY one to use!!!

Nice guys, but our job was not completed, and I paid for an additional hour, but they worked only 30 minutes. Great guys, great company, but my husband had to work too much.

• These movers were awful. I was shocked after I had booked them based on their good reviews. Both loaders were deaf which is not an issue provided I can still communicate with them but I couldn't. We tried communicating via text but half the time they did not understand so perhaps there was a language barrier as well. I'm happy to support a deaf-owned company and I think it's wonderful to employ people regardless of being able to hear. However, they need to have one person who can communicate with the person who hired them for each job. They took three hours longer than they quoted and were extremely slow. They left huge dings in my wall that I had to repair and didn't even apologize. Then they decided the truck was full and didn't even try to get everything to fit. So I had to make other arrangements to fit everything. Honestly, a nightmare of an experience and then they asked for cash or cash app payment rather than paying through U-haul which is sketch.

• Strong young men, careful with our items, fast, friendly and above all PROFESSIONAL. We would definitely recommend and would hire again. We gave the guys cash tip but they also let you tip them through this review....great feature. We just want to say thanks to the guys for a great job. We had other moving help scheduled and they turned out to be no call no show and that put us in a bind. Last minute request for help and this company provided us 2 guys in no time and the guys were the absolute BEST!!!

• We hired 3 guys to unload our 3 bedroom house from a storage unit to a house. All 3 were 10 minutes early to the first location and were excellent help. We had 4 hours and my husband and I were hoping we would get most but didn’t think all of the stuff moved. They got all of our things loaded and unloaded in the time frame. • CJ and his partner did a phenomenal job in helping us move. We initially only requested two hours but they were more than okay with staying for two more. They did a great job in maneuvering all our big pieces of furniture through small doorways, and did not hesitate to unload things where we wanted them to. Not only that, but they helped us reassemble our laundry machine and our big couch. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again if we needed to!

• Due to difficulties I had with Uhaul, I had to reschedule these movers several times. The contact person was always supportive and helpful. On the actual moving day the movers waited for more than two hours without complaint for the truck to arrive, then did a great job unloading the Uhaul boxes. I would definitely hire them again.

• "Hello, I requested the help of 2 guys for two hours for a project in Valparaiso, Indiana. I had the office manager contact me on Sunday to confirm location, date and time. The day of the move no one showed up. I waited for 30 minutes hoping they would show up but they didn't. I called the number that called me on Sunday and it kept going to voicemail but the voicemail inbox was full and I could not leave one. • I booked a company, Silent Movers, to come help pack up our house. they were scheduled to be at our house at 2:30pm. they did not show up on time. i contacted the company and ended up speaking with the owner. he said they were running late because of a previous job. they had stayed later than expected. that`s fine. i asked if we could have a discount on our move because they were able to make extra money at the first location at our inconvenience. he got upset and threatened to cancel the order completely. we agreed that they would still come out, and be two hours late. after 2 and a half hours they never showed up. now they are not picking up their phone when I call. I called U-haul and a manager tried to help me get in to contact with them, and they also were unsuccessful. at this point it is fairly obvious that they are not going to come at all.

• Two really good guys. Hard working. Used their head to pack the truck perfectly, we had a narrow door ways and these guys found way and never gave up

• We didn't know if all our stuff would fit, but they really knew how to pack it. They worked non stop and were careful not to damage anything. It all fit and made the trip without damage.
