  • Miracle Movers were exactly that, a miracle. They arrived on time and began working right away. Nothing was damaged on my loaded or unloaded process. The workers were kind and move items to specific areas and rooms that i requested. They finished the job way earlier than I expected which saved me so much time. Highly recommend them and whenever I have to move in the future I will be using them again.

  • The crew showed up on time, but handled some pieces of the furniture in a rough manner. The load was packed in the 2 hours, but during the move the load shifted and a heavy dining room table, which was standing vertically had all 4 legs break off. I went through the resolution center, but miracle movers just blamed another company which unloaded the truck at the destination. They were completely unresponsive to my claim. I ended up having to pay $380 out of pocket to get the table fixed. I would not recommend them. It's a miracle if you get your stuff moved intact.

  • Navi, Vaughan and Demetrius were the best movers I have ever had. They arrived early, were so very personal and professional and took so much stress off of my move. I cannot recommend them enough. They utilized every inch of space in the truck—so organized. I have used many movers in the past and I have never had a better experience. 2 thumbs up!! Do yourself a favor if you are moving and call Miracle Movers! I will also be using their Maid Service at the end and have no doubt that I will have another impeccable job!!   • Jay and Von were WONDERFUL and I highly recommend their services. Jay communicated several weeks ahead of time to confirm, provided clear instructions for what he would need to access the U Box, was on time the date of moving, and was incredibly efficient. My wife and I really enjoyed how professional the service was, how charming and friendly the movers were, and how quickly they got to work to move everything up to our apartment. We would absolutely hire them again and I strongly recommend anyone who needs moving services to contact this company.

  • Great company! They were quick to confirm their help with the move. It was a high conflict divorce move where police officers had to be present. The 3 guys that helped were PHENOMENAL! They loaded the moving truck super fast with many heavy items up and down stairs. I have done several military moves and have lots of experience with movers. These guys were by far the best I have ever seen in 12 years of military life! Great movers!

  • Miracle Mover’s team was very polite, efficient, and asked very good questions for my truck unload arrangement in my storage unit. Unloaded a 15 truck in less than 2 hours with my help and mainly boxes or rubbermaid plastic storage containers. DISCLAIMER I also helped and was from loading dock into storage unit. I WOULD DEFINITELY hire them again for all my local moving needs and refer to anyone!

  • The moving team was on-time and efficient. They got the 4-hour load done in 2.75 hours. Totally awesome. They had trouble with one piece of furniture, a sleeper sofa that was heavy and difficult to maneuver out the front or back door. They ended up cracking the back of the sofa frame which is a bummer. Thankfully the couch is still able to be used and I think can be repaired with a mending plate. I realize efficiency is the name of the game for the moves but it would have been awesome if they had stopped and asked me for help on that one piece instead of ending up with broken furniture. Otherwise, I was really happy with the crew and their professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them again but encourage hirers to insert themselves with recommendations about larger, more difficult pieces to move to avoid issues like breaks.

  • I also hired this company for cleaning after the move and you have to do 2 hours even though my apartment wasn't that dirty at all. But I wanted this off my plate so I paid. Well she was super nice and I'm not sure what a cleaning details but she didn't clean the oven and I was charged by the rental company 25.00 for that. So I just feel I'm being nickeled and dimed to death by everyone all the way around. 15 extra minutes for the movers cost me 120.00 and I paid 130.00 for a cleaner and still was charged 25.00 for the oven not being cleaned. Such a huge headache and hassle.

  • Whoever the main guy is that runs this business had great communication. But the two guys that showed up were not what I expected in being fully prepared for a move. They didn't seem to know ahead exactly what I was needing moved, even though I had spoke to what I thought was the owner twice and said what pieces of furniture I had. They didn't have a dolly or any tools at all. I had 1 desk that needed the legs removed. They were good workers, but there was a thing you got a grace period of 15 minutes over and any 15 minutes over that grace period you were charged a full hour. Well guess what? They went exactly 15 min over the grace period and I had to pay through pay pal to a whole different business 120.00 for the extra hour. We spent 15 minutes during the move time with the one guy being aggervated that he didn't have what he normally brings to a move. It's frustrating when your moving as it is and paying for the U Haul and Movers and then your charged 120.00 for 15 minutes,

  • Today I had 2 cancellations from 2 different moving companies. The first moving group told me about 2 hours before the move that they were over booked and was unaware why Movers allowed for a booking when hey had over 6 bookings (I was the 8th.) With the help of support, I was able to be reimbursed by credit and booked another moving group for same day delivery & load (8/26). I was in contact with the movers by phone and tvia text message around 11am this morning. I was told that they will be able to pick up at around 3/4pm. I reserved the loading spot in my building for 3-6pm . At around 2:40 Miracle movers contacted me via text saying they were stuck at a job and were unable to make it at 3. They would have to get to us by 6. I reserved another spot for 6p-9pm. At about 6:45 the company called and said the u-container facility was closed at 6pm today. I am now without movers and in need of service. I am very unhappy about this lack of commitment. If a moving company is unable to co

  • I confirmed the movers on Thursday via phone for 10:30 am arrival. At 10:45 I received a call to advise they were stuck on another job and would arrive at 1:00. At 1:30 I called and after having them contact the movers I was told they would not arrive until 4:00 which is the truck rental return. I was refused any discount for my inconvenience and refusal to pay any additional time for the truck. I then advised them to cancel the order and I wanted a refund. I was advised i needed to do that here. These gentleman are very unprofessional and obviously unable to accommodate requests even when I tried to be amicable to waiting....

  • I called after making the reservation and had spoken to the Company Manager. He failed several times to get back to me in a timely manner. I had requested a morning or early afternoon appointment which he agreed. I called the next day to reconfirm and the Manager said the best they could do is early eviening. The truck will be gone. by then!! This is the kind of workers that give this service a BAD NAME!! I have already spoken to the Manager and tole him if his workers could not come earlier I would cancel his service. The good thing is at least he does not have my payment info and it is his failure to meet the time slots!

  • I tried contacting the number provided several times throughout the schedule moving day to confirm the appointment. The number listed continued to go straight to voicemail. No one showed up nor contacted me about the scheduled appointment. I have to be out of my apartment tomorrow so I have to schedule with another company to ensure I get all my furniture moved accordingly. I am extremely dissappointed with this company.
