  • I was told explicitly when move was confirmed thar bed disassembly and reassembly was included. Once movers arrived they said they technically were not supposed to put beds back together. I also asked movers not touch certain items but they continued to do so. I understand they wanted to help but due to the heat and time constraints I wanted them to focus on heavier items. After 3.25 hours they completed the job to my satisfaction. I paid $80 for the additional hour and tipped $20 each.

    You also said it was going be easy, and we did take apart and put together both beds ,you yelled at us for drinking water on a hot summer day , you didn't rent a truck we had to tote all your heavy furniture across a parking lot you say 50 feet that's bs like everything else you said, you said you talked to someone else when only 1 person handed the calls you just blantenly lie to everyone

  • We hired three people to help load a U-Haul truck and one person showed up on time. The lead was one hour late. When he did show up he rushed in packing the truck, throwing and shuffling fragile boxes into the top of the truck. Electric bikes were insufficiently strapped to the rails of the truck and damaged. When we filed a resolution with the company, the owner called and proceeded to berate us in an unprofessional manner. Never do business with this company.

  • Unfortunately they were an hour and 15 min late, did not answer phone. We finally got a call 50 min after start time to tell us they were on the way. Owner was apologetic. Movers were polite, worked very hard to make up for lost time. Trustworthy as well, they picked up jewelry that was dropped and put it in a secure place for us. Was stressful to have initial poor communication and almost no show when we had a rental truck waiting, but was happy with the hustle and service itself. Movers were great, loaded truck with skill.

  • DO NOT USE JAYSPRO! MANAGER SUCKS.. The owner sent out two guys (Ruben and Cesar) Ruben was amazing! However, Cesar was an older gentleman who struggled to lift anything heavy. Ruben had to keep telling Cesar to put more boxes on his dolly as he was only able to take 1-2 boxes at a time. Cesar would also be too busy trying to chit chat with my mom and I. I felt bad bcus Ruben was doing most of the work for him. Bcus Cesar couldn’t lift heavy boxes, MY BROTHER had to help out a lot. He did HALF of the work for Cesar! I have PICTURES to prove it. I even TOLD the MANAGER this and how Ruben was doing most of the work. However, the MANAGER lacks communication NOR was he apologetic NOR did he show appreciation for my bro doing half the work for his worker. All he was good at was just sending one worded answers. lol!

  • If I could rate the 2 movers separately it be different. I hired 3 movers and only 2 showed up. 1 movers was very careful and 1 was careless. He was trying to rush, and not careful with my stuff. He broke the glass to my coffee table and a part of my electrical base to my bed. I did ask that they stay to help put my bed together since they did not have the 3rd person that I paid for so they did. There are a few other things that was not professional that happened but it was all with the one man. The other one was very kind and professional!

  • We hired 4 men for 4 hours. They worked well for the first 2 hours. Then, they became obviously lazy. They intentionally left heavy furniture downstairs, knowing they were running out of time and the moving truck was getting full. We had to remind them several times the need to bring it upstairs

    I was on that move, we left nothing down stairs, the only items left was what you said to leave, you had a two house 6 bedroom 2 living room house,9 full 6 drawer dressers 8 full 5 drwerdresers , 2 full living room sets,8 beds , full garage and tons of out side stuff,that's not including night stands desk and tons of boxes, we amazingly loaded 2 ,26 foot trucks in 4 hrs, not bad on the time for two truck loads and stairs, we worked hard and steady the whole 4 hrs every last piece of furniture was on besides a few tool you had to put on a trailer, everything you stated Is complete nonsense!! There's no way you would of let us leave anything heavy, truck was packed nicely w no damages, w in the time given and you're still complaining
