Highly recommend using Kingdom Movers and Outreach if you're moving in Nashville. This move was within the same apt complex, so I just needed help moving my heavy furniture across the parking lot. Charles reached out to me within a couple of hours of booking online thru U-Haul to verify the move with me. He gave me a window from 1-3pm, as they were going to be moving someone that morning, which was fine with me. The guys called me that day at 115 to let me know they were on their way. Showed up very promptly and immediately got to work loading up furniture. They were able to get everything I needed moved within the 2 hour window I booked them for. You can definitely count on these guys to show up on time and to be professional and careful with your items. Charles also called me afterwards to check that my experience was great and that I got all of the help I needed, which I really appreciated! You can tell these guys care about what they do and care about helping others!

The Moving Helper did call and explained he was not able to complete the job during the scheduled time, because he prior job went long. He asked to come 2 hours after the scheduled arrival of noon to 2pm to unload into the evening. This was unacceptable and I found other help.

The moving helper had been double-booked for this time slot by u-haul/movinghelp.com. He was very kind and offered an alternate time, but we really needed a morning move so we made alternate arrangements.
